Rick is very professional and helps with all rental issuses in a timely matter. I was a tenant for 7 years and never had any issues with this company. I seen some previous reviews mentioning Matt, the maintenance guy, that sounded ridiculous. I can tell you from watching him 7 years that I've never seen a harder working...
