The guy in the checkout just see the picture in my phone and said ,Not we don't have it, even when the item is a part that napa sell , he didn't check the computer to see if the item was in stock in other stores, definitely is not a friendly place to go for your auto part needs ,.

I would recommend 10/10 based on their customer service was family like they went out of their way to call competitive stores to find me a belt for my semi and let mr park there and fix it while another company brought me my part thank yall for being so mumble in a world that has lost its way

They had what I needed at the best price, so there are your stars. As for customer service; I can understand closing early on a Sunday or select weekdays, I'm not a monster. However, when your store closes an HOUR after most people are done with their daily jobs, then you should do whatever you can to help those that were stuck in traffic for 53 minutes of that hour, trying to get to you. I was trying to return an old battery for my refund and I showed up at 5:54pm. This return takes MAYBE 3 minutes. The doors were closed and the only representative behind the counter sat there staring at me and another gentleman outside. He made no move and did not attempt to even interact with us after we knocked on the door; I guess he thought we couldn't see him if he didn't move (apparently he's seen Jurassic Park too many times). Thankfully I was able to sneak away during lunch today to return the battery which is how I know how long the transaction takes. It's not that difficult to get 5 stars from me for a rating, but you REALLY have to try to get lower than that. Non-existent customer service will get you there real fast in my book.Side note:If you're the owner who reads this, I don't need an apology and I'm sure you value how your store is perceived and rated, so I'll just leave a small suggestion; hire people who want to help other people, no matter what (as long as it's not harming your business).

Outrageously fantastic crew. Caring and helpful. Not located on a prime road, for most to see. No line, no wait, I'll take. My go to spot to call in and find parts & service. Love this place.

They are off the "beaten path" so a litle off Bayshore and Thornhill. It's well worth the extra time to find them. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Give them a visit and leave the crowds behind. Walk in and out quickly.

the Serpatine belt broke on the Turnpike as we were returning from Orlando airport (Left a 3am&was finished with are job by 9:30am)After inspection of belt,noticed pulley tensioner was basically a nubWith no bearings.Called this Naps&Tony was extremely knowledgeable & helpful.We got towed there¬ only did they let us fix it there They let us use there tools!The whole staff were so niceGave us bottled water.Highly recommend this location
