They stand behind the products they sell 100%. Got the wrong pod by mistake and they gave me an even better one when I brought it back. Always a pleasure shopping here. It’s nice to have ease of mind knowing you can be confident in what you’re buying, especially with how many shady smoke shops are out there

This store location has terrible customer service. I usually go to the Stuart location for products or services but today I went to this location. The Stuart location is much more informative and understanding of customer interaction than this one. I went in to ask a brief question, the guy behind the counter with glasses and a beard. Caught an attitude, telling me that I can’t purchase anything after 24 hrs just because “I guess I asked the question incorrectly or used the wrong term”. I requested about delta 8, which I’ve purchased before from Stuart location. Instead of properly informing me and giving a better understanding. The gentleman proceeded with an attitude to say it’s a “felony crime to go to a shop and asking for that. Can’t service you for 24 hrs.” I tried to explain that, “It’s strange because I go into other stores and Stuart location no one has informed me of that”. The gentleman closes the register, then says can’t service you for 24 hrs. I asked about even purchasing a glass piece, he said no. I’m not sure if buddy was having a bad day or what. Please learn some patience’s with some of us customers. Sometimes we aren't properly informed of corrected terms or simply have no knowledge of products/services for sale. Literally next time if a customer asking a question, don’t get irritated and give them an attitude with a half off explanation. Properly inform them, with patience and understanding. Definitely avoid this location if you have question of products/services. They might give an attitude rather than give a proper understanding or even the slightest of patience to a customer.

Mr smoke is the place to go to, great selection, clean place, and with no doubt the prices are better than every smoke shop in the area. It was worth the trip,, especially after meeting the young owner and speaking to the knowledgeable staff. Let's just say the trip was great and the quality was super high with endless selection of things.

Friendly staff, first time in store and was treated very nice and felt very welcome. Any questions I had were answered and staff didn't treat me like I was just a dollar sign when I walked in the door. I do work until so I can understand that they are trying to make money at the same time as helping customers but it was nice that the staff had taken the time to explain how certain devices work and any questions I had were answered. Most importantly, I was not bombarded by any sales associates as soon as I walked in the door. The staff were courteous and kind asking if I needed any help finding anything but also gave me the space to look around and just shop to see what I wanted around the store at my own leisure without being rushed which made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be returning again to purchase more items and refer my friends and family to Mr smoke as well.
