if you find yourself in need of any mobility equipment, this is the team to go to! Professional, caring, knowledgeable service with a smile. Lori, Blake and Brian share their years of experience and expertise, listen to your concerns and certainly know what they are doing. I recently found myself in need of a chairlift and had some installation concerns due to my location. Home visits (they arrived exactly when they said they would!) enabled solutions and everything now more than satisfactorily provided. Blake and Brian even came back to complete minor adjustments as it is now being gratefully used. I heartily recommend this business.

The salesperson that I doubt with was very thorough. Measured out my loved one for the appropriate chair. Once the chair was ordered everything was shipped assembled delivered exactly as promised. A great experience.

Fabulous store if they don't have it in stock they will get it quick as possible. Order a nw scooter from them and had it in a few days assembled and delivered to my house. Friendly professional service.

I have several relatives that utilize motorized scooters and lift chairs to live some semblance of normal life. This location has knowledgeable staff and go above and beyond to get clients EXACTLY what they need. Everything is explained in great detail, and most all equipment is on site to try before you buy. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a better quality of life.

I have multiple sclerosis, I needed a car with more stability than the ones at Walmart. I went to mobility plus where Lori, the manager, helped me find the what I was looking for. She also helped to adjust them correctly for me. I will continue to shop there when the need for equipment comes up and hope Lori is there to help with her expertise. Thank you Mobility Plus!

I went into the store to ask some questions on different items. I was greeted by Lori who was very kind and understanding to what I was looking for. A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO MOBILITY PLUS FOR TRULY CARING AND SAVING MY PRECIOUS BLESSING OF A DONATED POWERED CHAIR! Just an aging Nurse(RN ICU/CVSRA/Critical ER HOLDS) that loved my career so much, I worked it far too long. Disability and years added up to Power Chair prescribed several years before. A Powered Chair was donated by the VFW via Henry G. I needed assistance to use the Powered Chair, initially, I asked a local mobility store and due to my lack of understanding of hard charge, and charging properly I was misled by this person who would only assist if house call,not by phone. I was then told it took 8-10 days at the shop, to hard charge, fully charge battery, no other way was possible. This individual took my working battery, knowingly misleading me, needing full charge to hard charge that could be accomplished by plugging battery directly to outlet 24-48hours, NOT 8-10 days at the shop!!! As told this dishonestly leaving with my lithium battery stating 110.-120. fee for repair. I called questioning time on hard charge receiving battery back a couple days sooner, BUT NOT WORKING PROPERLY OR HOLDING CHARGE NOT WORKING AS MY ORIGINAL BATTERY HAD WORKED, not even close. iI started calling around PRAYERFULLY for price and availability of a new or used battery. I CALLED MOBILITY PLUS FIRST, and spoke to LORI. SHE EXPLAINED HARD CHARGE as stated above, easily done by myself in home AND MUCH MORE! At that point, we knew my initial battery was swapped unknowingly, So misled. So I asked Lori costs, decided to settle for a working used lithium battery which supposedly last forever if properly used and maintained. We had printed a pdf. manual for my chair. Started shopping around for a GOOD used lithium battery and soon LORI HAD RETURNED MY CALL BACK OFFERING TO PROVIDE A NEW BATTERY BASED ON WHAT HAPPENED,I ASSUMED.. Who does that in such testy times?LORI AND MOBILITY PLUS HELPED ME FIX MY CHAIR AND TEACH ME IMPORTANT FACTS FOR NOTHING OTHER THAN CARING. I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF REGARDING CHARGING AND THE BATTERY. GOD BLESS MOBILITY PLUS WHO WENT WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME! ❤️God Bless All Those WHO MAKE A DIFFERENCE During These Tough Times ? LOVE AND CARING MAKES LIFE WORTH LIVING! May more people get the help they need ?❤️ I highly Recommend Mobility Plus for CARING, HONESTY, AND YOUR MEDICAL MOBILITY EQUIPMENT OVER THE RISK OF DISHONESTY that is out there today!

Some lessons are expensive and this is one. I have a 43-year-old disabled daughter. I saw the Jazzy Carbon Power Chair on the internet and loved it. Light, mobile, foldable, perfect, I went to our local Mobility Plus store and purchased one for $2599.00. My mistake, I should have had my daughter with me, but the store rep said they only had one and it took 4 months to get, I panicked. Next day my daughter tried it out indoors for about 30 minutes. She loved it but the foot rest was 4 inches below her foot and I suddenly realized it was not adjustable. If you are in a wheel chair all day, you know this was not going to work. The next day I contacted Mobility Plus, explained the situation, the rep said I could return it for a re-stocking fee of 20%, that’s $500.00 to sit in the chair for about 30 minutes indoors. My fault. Don’t assume medical equipment fits and is refundable like at your local hardware store.

Great experience at this Mobility Plus! They have amazing customer service, I was having a hard time with some of the components on my rental (user error on my part) and Lori was very knowledgeable and able to patiently explain/show me what I was doing wrong. They have a great range of products, and my 11 year old was able to have a much better recovery process from her injury thanks to their services. It was a perfect fit! Thanks for making a tough period of time in our lives just a little bit easier on our family!
