Brushes dont work, tire shine not working properly tires will come out dry with not tire shine, employees on their cellphones all the time and will not help you if you need help at the paystations. Vacuum hoses all clogged. In general place is falling apart.

Few spinning wash brushes not working. Don’t know if under carriage is working. Most employees on their cell phones don’t acknowledge you are there. Have to ask to be bug sprayed before I enter as their eyes are glued to their cell phones both islands. Don’t advise left or right entering the track. Could do much better if no cell phones were allowed while working. Fix repair vac hoses.

The scanner never works and you have to wait for the attendant to input your membership info in each wash?. Its annoying so I canceled to find a car wash with a working barcode scanner ?. WISH ME LUCK .

I have their monthly membership and couldn't be happier! Great customer service, very efficient car wash services that keep my car looking it's best! I love that they open at 7:30a.m., wish it was earlier!! Wouldn't consider going anywhere else! Thank you, Mister Car Wash!

Good var wash, but I started seeing a monthly charge on my debit card. Thought it was a fluke but it happened again this month.I never signed up for any auto withdrawal and need to know how I can cancel this charge

Hours advertised as closing at 7 would be nice to have been told that at 7 everything even the self service vacuums automatically shut off as well ... if i would have known that maybe would have come back different day rather than pay $ just to drive thru a quick wash and thats it .. publix closes at 10 yet of you still shopping once 10 comes they dont kick u out leaving behind your cart of groceries.. i get it closed at 7 but if ive already paid and in middle of vacuuming how u gonna not let me finish iwas there before it closed therefore that is not good customer service at all been coming for years but will be finding a new place for car wash

They don't have any cleaning supplies to use after the wash. That's just to much money without any cleaning supplies
