We are totally disappointed with this company, that's why we switched to AT&T after 7 years with Metro.. this store sold us a "home internet" service that doesn't work in the area, only connects one device intermittently, in my opinion They were not sincere in the sale, it is a hoax. The equipment was at home for two weeks, we canceled through online consumer service, but in the store they did not return our money for the equipment, the staff of this unprofessional store, the young man there had no idea what to do, no training at all, although he did admit that Metro "sucks" in Port St Lucie. The manager who is in another store was unkind, she did not solve the problem, nor did she intend to, we spent more than two hours trying to get answers and nothing. Terrible service!!.

My daughter and I went in today. Katianna (I hope I didn't mess up her name) helped us get a new phone. She was funny, helpful, and really great! Super happy and I will go there again for my son's phone.

If it was at all possible i would give zero star. I love Metro however, this store the attendants were very unprofessional. They have no knoweledge of what they are doing.The assistant was on his personal phone while attending to us. While standing at the counter been served 2 customer came back to the store with complaints, they told us the card didnt go through, however when we got home we realized the card was charged twice $1200, can you imagine how livid i was. It took them a long time to fix the issue we were having with the phone. They need proper training to be better able to do the job. Very disappointed. Customer service sucks. I would never go back here. Thumbs down????

I've tried calling for 2 days, the store doesn't have a listing. Its the only corporate store to buy a phone between Stuart and Ft Pierce. There's a corporate number to call customer service answered with a few letters and numbers then please leave a message. All the other Metro stores are open but don't sell phones. And I really don't want to drive 30 miles to find there closed. There should be a direct number to the store like all the others have. But there isn't!! I guess I'm actually calling on vacation corporate headquarters? Very frustrating...

If 2 different cashier give you the wrong information that is on the company not the customer.
