“Christian, my phlebotomist, was wonderful! I had him at another location as well to draw my blood and he never ever leaves a mark or a bruise or any sign I’ve even had blood taken which is amazing! He was wonderful! All the stars are for him.
The location itself though, was not very clean, kind of smelled bad, like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year and was hot as if the A/C was broken which is probably not great considering you are having blood taken. I chose to sit in my truck while I waited and unfortunately they text me to come in and sit 10mins before my name was called which kind of defeats the purpose of not sitting in a room breathing people’s community air. The location could definitely use some upgrades but again, Christian was wonderful. I left my card there and he immediately called me before I even left the parking lot as well.”
“Quest is located inside of Wal-Mart. There was a system glitch, despite me checking in twice - first time via the link Quest sent me by phone and second at kiosk onsite -- after a short wait when I didn't see my name registered on their screen I decided to ask one of the lab techs that stepped out. She was very kind to slide me into the queue quickly. She was experienced in drawing blood as the pinch was quick and painless. She was very pleasant and welcoming despite the early hour of the morning. Professional and yet personable -- wish I would have gotten her name ( originally from Maine). Thank you for the pleasant experience.”

“Evalese was very helpful in photos I came in not know how to use the photo machine because it was my first time and she was very patient and nice and offered for both myself and cousin to get a charger to use, I was having a bit of trouble getting my photos to work on the computer and she helped walk me through step by step to get it completed and done, Thank you for a good experience Evalese I now have my photos as memories!”
