No full service isle open and a tough luck attitude from staff. This whole pass off the work to the consumer needs to end!! I will be directing all purchases in my $50m a year company away from Lowe’s just because of this. Let’s make customer service important again folks.

Ads were shown on the internet indicating 35% off on major appliances however upon asking an associate about it, it became a misleading and confusing offer where you have to purchase multiple items to receive certain discounts. I walked out in disgust!

Went in to buy a sample of a Sherwin Williams Paint color and asked for Flat. Get home and realize it was mixed on satin and in a house that has a lot of windows and sunlight you can’t even see the light gray shade all you see is a gloss shiny reflection. Spoke with the manager Junior and he said they don’t refund samples. It is full and I can’t even use it! BS!!! They FU and customer are stuck with this crap!!! Never going back!!!

Ordered pavers and had a delivery date for Wednesday. Everything was in stock and ready for the truck Wednesday morning. I had the crew coming Thursday for the installation. All of a sudden, Wednesday morning they tell me it will be Thursday instead. Well, Thursday I get a call it will be 2 weeks from now.
I had 6 guys coming to my house tomorrow. My wife took off work for the delivery. We had to reschedule a ton of stuff because they couldn't fulfill basic promises. It's costing us a lot of money and they don't even have an explanation. The products are in stock, but "the online system has a mind of its own and changed orders without our knowledge and sent different orders to the 3rd party truck companies we use without our knowledge".
So it was the computers fault...

They are getting to be to expensive, people at the store act and look miserable... After months of not going to Lowe's they still haven't changed at all. A light system that I saw last time I was there for 40 dollars is 80 dollars double the price and I have the picture of before and after. How can they do that???? Amazon has been my new Home depot and my Lowe's store lol

Currently at Lowe’s. Not an employee in site. I went to the front desk 3 times to ask them to call an employee about her to aisle 13. Waited over 15 minutes with no assistance. It would’ve been better if I went Home Depot across the street. Complete waste of time. Never coming back
