If I could give a "0" as a rating, I would. I have never in my life had so many issues getting my Insulin Pump Supplies. Every time I go to re-order there are problems. It takes forever to get a hold of anyone and when you do, they are completely incompetent. I am stuck using this company because of my Insurance. I ran out of sensors while pregnant all because they couldn't figure out where to type in my Doctor's fax number to send them a new prescription. I called every day for almost 2 weeks and still couldn't get my supplies in time. I was then forced to go without them for a few days while pregnant (which is terrifying). I am contacting the Better Business Bureau because incompetence cannot happen when dealing with supplies that could mean life or death for people. ABSOLUTE WORST.

Have not had a problem with getting my breathing meds but would like to know when they are being shipped so I can be home as they are packed in ice. Sometimes I have to go to the post office to get it and the ice is melted. How about an email like Express does.

Liberty Medical does not even deserve one star! I have never in my life dealt with such a horrible company in my entire life. I had met my deductible and therefore no longer had any co payments or co insurance on my prescriptions. I placed an order in December of 2016. Liberty sent the order to the wrong address even though I had supplied them with the correct address several times. When I did not receive my order I called to inform them and let them know that the situation was becoming urgent since I am diabetic and my life depends on my diabetes medication. I called back several times; still no help. No only did they not ship me a new order but they still charged me for it and kept calling expecting payment even though they had it in their records that I never received the shipment. They also confirmed that they sent the shipment to some other address that I did not have access to. Finally months later they decide to send a new shipment even though I had gone elsewhere and did not request a new shipment at this point. It has been almost 2 years and I have called them close to 20 times (all of which is documented in their system) and I still cannot get this issue resolved. The big issue is that they are demanding payment for the order that I never got. Issue one is that they want payment for something I never received. issue 2 is that they sent an order several months later and also want to charge me for that. I dont' feel that I should have to pay for something that should have been processed in the prior year when I had met my deductible. I did end up paying for the second shipment but 2 years later they are still demanding payment for something that I never got and they have proof that I never got it because they have the documentation of the wrong shipping address from UPS. Over 20 calls to them and every time I tell my story again they tell me "Oh, yes, I see that here in our system that you have called several times about this. Don't worry we will take this off of your account and it will be resolved today". But going on two years the issue still is not resolved. I have not done business with them since and I strongly urge anybody else to stay away!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. My mother depends on her diabetic needs for her pump and you have not provided her with the proper equipment. She is constantly worried about her pump an equipment being delivered on time. She has numerously contacted everyone about getting the supplies she needs. Moving on to a new company, she waited over 30 minutes and the guy on the phone said she was hounding her employees. I have never heard that kind of disrespect in my life! No No No...find a new company!

As a Type 1 Diabetic of nearly 16 years, I have never once experienced such a poorly managed medical supplier. There's only one word that truly describes their actions: criminal. Literally. I have been under my insurance (Aetna, POS II) for a few years now, and I was stuck with receiving all my insulin pump and CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) supplies for unknown reasons. They have always given me issues in the past, but within the past year or so, their treatment towards me has been simply outrageous. Every time (yes, each single time) I have called in to reorder supplies, there is an issue with the shipping department or some other supposed department that relays over to the customer service representative I speak to. Of course, ALL representatives I speak to are ones that barely speak English, although they do a pretty good job of initially making you think they understand everything you say to them. Like most large corporations these days, they love to outsource their customer service, one of the, if not the most crucial part of a business, to some random city in India even if will just save them negligible costs a year. The issues range from: "I'm sorry sir but the shipping department has told us your order is under final review:, to "I'm sorry sir but your doctor has not faxed over the proper documentation to continue with the reorder shipment", to "I'm sorry sir but Liberty Medical will not ship out more than the amount we have already shipped and you must contact...". And, of course, when asked other questions to more accurately understand their general, useless, prompt-read statements, they simply repeat the statement until you either are forced to hang up or ask for another representative. An example of their criminal behavior is about a year ago, when it took me almost 3 months to receive my initial CGM transmitters, receiver, and sensors. I clarified all was well with my insurance and my doctors office, several times, only to find out (what a surprise) it was Liberty Medical all along. My doctor's office had faxed over the proper documentation for the supplies, sent me a hard copy as well as email copy, and finally after proving it had been sent over (which, trust me, was a mess), then my supplies were sent correctly, once. More issues continued to occur every month after this, undoubtedly. Their customer service and company as a whole is blatantly an utter joke. I'm not sure what the CEO of this company is doing with his head up his rear, but if he has any brain cells, he needs to either step down or take immediate actions for restructuring this monstrosity that calls themself a medical supplier. I never understood why I couldn't just receive my supplies directly from the manufacturer, especially when they do a much more efficient, honest job.

I have called 5 times in 2 weeks to get my CGM transmitter. They say they that my supplies are being shipped out, but I have yet to receive anything! I have been without my transmitter for over a week. By looking at reviews, I see my problem is not unique. This is disgusting! As a diabetic fighting cancer, I cannot believe they treat patients so poorly. You can expect to be on hold for at least 30 minutes each time you call. I'm most disappointed in the dishonesty.

I ordered insulin pump supplies a month and a half ago, and I'm still waiting for them. I call them every other day and am told a different story as to why they are unable to ship my supplies. The hold times are incredibly long, and I even had one representative tell me I should have an alternate method of distributing my insulin. If I could give zero stars I would. This is my first time ordering with them and it will most certainly be my last.

Terrible experience with this company. Ignored, lied to and pretty much dismissed by customer service. Numerous contacts , promised resolution of my issue that never happened. Called again today, again promised resolution and a call back by the end of the day. Did not happen yet again.
