I walked into the store and found it unattended I waited for 10minutes I continued to browse and knocked on the door after finding the tool (screwdriver to unlock the a/c caps)a women came out of the back room and refused to sell me the tool that I needed because I did not have an account with them I begged her I offered her cash I was a little desperate after not being able to find the tool at Lowe’s or Home Depot . I went next door to Johnstone supply (321 nw peacock blvd) and told the gentleman at the front desk that I needed the tool and how my pursuit of this elusive tool had gone he then handed me one . Nice guys in the store who helped me with parts I needed. Go check them out for all your Lennox needs. They also have hand tools for refrigeration in lobby.

The counter men at this location are great the customer service is above all others. They will go above and beyond the normal to take care of there customers
