Our refrigerator wasn't keeping the food frozen (may she rest in piece). We called Jetson's yesterday, 05/15/24, spoke to Zackery D. and by 8am this morning, we received our new refrigerator. Painless!We have purchased appliances for our home and several properties for our business from Jetson's over the past 12 years.We appreciate the customer service, the prices are fair and they are willing to match prices with other local stores.P.S. Just recently I recommended our friend Marty and Linda, they also purchased a dishwasher and were very happy also.Keep up the good work.Our 2 delivery guys, were a pleasure to have in our home, great service. Shopping at Jetson’s became a pleasant and wonderful experience as soon as we were introduced to our salesman, Andrew Rutledge. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.We needed to replace our old washer and dryer. It was an old stackable unit that started to leak. He showed us several machines that were suitable, but when he suggested the ThinQ Motor Driven model, we were sold. We liked that it is a one-piece tower style and not stackable individual machines.The delivery service was also very good. We were contacted about the delivery time and the courteous delivery men let us know when they were 10 minutes from our condo. The men were very professional and careful with the removal of the old washer and installation of new one.We are completely satisfied with the outcome of our purchase at Jetson and thankful that we didn’t buy at Home Depot or Lowe’s. We made that mistake before with a refrigerator purchase.Thank you, Jetson. We have become permanent Jetson shoppers.Karen & Ken Bontempo

Jetsons has a large inventory of home appliances. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Shopping for a new washer and dryer for our new home. Great sale and other incentives got us a great deal.

Andre installed my ice maker today. He was very professional, courteous, and most importantly, he knew his job! There was no waste of time as I watched him do every step in the installation process very carefully and professionally. Before I retired years ago I was in a service business in Miami and after watching Andre, from the moment I met him at the door to watching him carefully remove my old unit and clean up, I can say he is a real credit to the Jetson repair team and I certainly would have hired him on the spot for my business!

I had a great experience with them on a purchase of a washer. Andrew the sale rep had good knowledge of the product I looked at as well. Also the sale went very well as well. The delivery service was also very good they contacted me on the time and even let me know they where 10 mins from me to deliver the washer. Also like to say the guy where very professional with the removal of old washer and installation of new 1 as well.

Excellent service from Ryan and Brian (mgr) in SL West Jetson's. Dryer had a fatal demise on Friday AM and we had a new Whirlpool Dryer on a pedestal by 5PM Saturday delivered by a father -Son team of Randy and Levi by 5 PM and the dryer was back in business at 5;30 PM. Considering we are hosting our grand children , this was terrific service. Jetson's is the place to shop, local and good.

We had several delays and issues with the builder on the new house I'm building, but Kim at Jetson went above and beyond in helping me. I got a fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, washer and dryer. She was incredibly patient, worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and gave me a great deal. I can't say enough good things about her and my experience with her branch. She deserves a raise and I'd recommend everyone go here for any appliances they need.

Andrew gave excellent customer service. He introduced himself, asked what bought us in the store tonight, gave us some suggestions, than gave my husband and I time to browse throughout the store without hovering over us, but close enough to answer our questions.

Here's what happened to me and you can decide for yourself if this is the kind of people you want to do business with.I purchased a new washer and dryer set with installation and removal of old units. It was around $1500 which seemed a little pricey but I like the idea of shopping local so I said okay and delivery was set up.As soon as the driver saw my hook ups he started complaining about his boss,the job my house etc. He told me if I didn't like it I could call his boss but that he would tell me the same thing. I decided right then that I did not like the look of customer service with these guys. I went to the store the next day And not one person asked me anything about the. Incident at my house the previous day u asked for a refund. He told me that I was going to have to pay a "delivery charge "of $85 Even though I didn't take any delivery it was worth it to find them out. Customs BeWare!!!

Horrible place to do business. Went to the store to buy a dryer and dishwasher and the two sales people were sitted on some recliners playing with their phones and no one at least say welcome or good afternoon. So i walked the store around and left. Ended giving my $1,700 business to lowes were they help and scheduled delivery. Unfortunatelly you cant support anymore local small business because of the poor service. Will never recomend Jetson to anyone and also will post my experience at social media so more people can learn about the poor service and customer services.

This is our second purchase from a Jetson TV and Appliance. A few year ago we purchased a built in microwave that has been great. Most recently we purchased a Samsung Electric Range with Airfryer. We had looked at a similar one at one of the big box stores, but was more than we wanted to spend. We went to Jetson on US1 in PSL and looked at some different options with Clayton, one of Jetson's Product Experts. He was very knowledgeable and took us to show us some items that were brand new but reduced in price for various reasons. He showed us the upgraded version of the range we wanted (but was too much at the other store) plus this one came with the airfryer basket and a porcelain griddle. ( It supposedly had a small dent, only visible at certain angles but after cleaning it at home, never saw the dent and it was $300 less than the lower version at the big box store.) Plus their 5 year extended warranty was only $129, and they have their own service team. Clayton was awesome. Delivery and haul away awesome too- next day service. Check them out you won't be disappointed and ask for Clayton
