You do not allow enough characters for me to describe the terrible experience I have had with H&R Block. You offer appointments with employees who are not even at work due to calling in sick, your employees do not meet you online for the scheduled virtual appointments more than once, and I had to call and speak to your customer service line multiple times to get some help and finally the last person I spoke with made me a phone appointment today at 2:00 pm to complete my return. This was my experience and is the reason I gave you a rating of 1.
