The biggest rip-off in video streaming TV whoever they bribed to lock in a multi-year contract with my community did their job because the service continually sucks and they continually say we apologize our engineering staff is working on it reboot your modem they simply suck

Demetrius is very professional…exceptional communication and technical skills. Impressed as he logically diagnosed the issue and kept me apprised—in layman’s terms—throughout the process. Should be a trainer for any technical support team.

Phillip Francois #318 and his team assisted us with setting up our internet with Blue Stream. He's great and very knowledgeable. The internet service has been fast and reliable. Overall, great experience with the service technicians and Blue Stream customer service.

Constant “disruption of service “. , couldn’t even watch college playoff game because screen kept freezing. Yea even after rebooting it. Soo tired of this service and their lack of effort to make it better. They really got over on Tradition having them sign a lengthy contract to be the areas only cable company. I feel sorry for them and their employees when the contract runs out. They don’t stand a chance . But that’s what they deserve.Suffered many years with this half azz service.Good Riddance

Blue Stream provides our community with bulk services. Our experience with them recently has been exceptional! Their ops team is knowledgeable, deliberate and professional in everything they do. We collaborate closely with Renee, our Strategic Account Manager, to address any issues that may arise and bring closure in a prompt efficient manner. So far a horrible experience. Scheduled appointment for a new service days in advance. When technician shows up there was a problem with cables. They said they would be around to fix it on the same day.Construction co. came the next morning and fixed cable. We called Blue Stream to advise since we did not hear back from them. They couldn’t say when they would come to install service. All they said was that we would hear from them by the end of the week. It was only Tuesday. There was no manager available to talk to.

Philip Francois #318 was my service tech today. I decided to change my package when he arrived and he called Bluestream for me and had it done. He finished my installation quick and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me register for Watchtvanywhere and explained what it was. Thanks Philip.

We just moved in with no wifi capability. A tech came over and said he couldn’t help, and left. Mathew / tech 6440 hooked us up in a matter of a few hours. Wonderful service! Thank you so much Matthew!

Andrew Z came to service our bluestream and I have to say he was awesome. Knew what he was doing was efficient. He fixed everything and explained it all while doing the work. I was beyond impressed. Hard worker and knowledgeable so nice to see .

Great experience! Andrew (the best tech) was not only on time , professional and very knowledgeable but had the patience to explain how devises work. In less than 20 minutes he made the internet work how is supposed too! Thank you so much Blue Stream!
