The employees offer very little help. Sometimes customers want to be left alone... BUT, sometime a point in the RIGHT direction or an opinion about a current project the customer is working or planning.

Very unhelpful staff could not find the item I wanted a simple lampshade nobody offered to assist me items were not laid out and any kind of coherent manner. Terrible selection and service.2024 update: still horrible customer service experience. Employees stand in front of you and ignore you. Never ask if you need help, they don’t even hide, they just won’t help.

Horrible customer service. Most are miserable. I asked for help and this one guy didn’t even turn to me. I was talking to his back. Didn’t even want to help me. Gave me short answers.

Honesty, diligence, integrity, and value. The last 4 words I would use to describe this store. After spending over $50,000 in this location alone in the past year and offering numerous "second chances" on smaller mess ups, they've finally pushed me to a point that I can't allow myself to even THINK nice thoughts about them. They consistently reschedule deliveries you've paid for, push your refunds and returns off. And then when THEY mess up on their end with MY money, that's when they want to put In the effort. They've indirectly cost me $9,000 on this project and offered a simple "we're sorry". However, when they mess up with my $600+ return that I trusted them to take care of, they take almost a MONTH to get it back to me and then when they loose the notes, they Insinuate that I'm dishonest because I couldn't recall the exact date and times either myself or my helpers brought the items back. That's what I get for trusting them to keep their word. I have no clue where I'm taking my business, but I know that it will never be to their store. Never again

Services depend on department. Some are locked down which I don't understand but it has a gentleman handling your needs. I admire the men and women who are able to walk directly to their needs and be able to utilize everything with such vitality. Searching for what you need when you don't know what you need is impossible. I always think you are getting good value and they run deals all the time. It's the help to finish the process at home that frustrates us!

Ordered a Christmas tree 2 weeks ago through their customer service counter, and it was rescheduled for delivery 12/1. Today, 11/30, I received a call saying they won't have the tree and they need to cancel the order. Feels like they were just stringing us along, and instead of being truthful about not having anymore, they kept lying about getting it delivered soon.
