Do not try to rent a Tesla. They don't rent them. I reserved one online a week in advance and received a call the evening before my rental to tell me they don't rent Tesla's.

Never will I rent from you again.
I reserved yesterday, and when I got there today, I was told my debit card had to have been on file for 24 hours. Even though I had insurance from AAA on the vehicle and a $500 hold would be taken out. Then when I call the corp. number to override. They don’t barely speak English. Your corporate greed lost you a customer.

Awesome service, place had no A/C management needs to fix this, having the employees working like this during summer not good, but overall service and vehicle all good

Nice and friendly car rental place. I rented a Tesla and it was reasonably priced and in good shape. Staff was very helpful as well. Would recommend ?

The vehicle they gave to me was terrible, and the fuel consumption was too high and the vehicle needed maintenance.

This location is one of the best locations I've gone to. The manager Mr. Horace is very efficient. They are fast, care about your time, and they go above and beyond when renting you a vehicle. They have small talk... so that meaning the customer service is up beat. The cars are great cars and clean when I receive them. I rent often and I experience this every time. I would also like to acknowledge Samuel. He is definitely apart of my above statements. Rent here you won't be disappointed.

Horrible service!ConfirmReservation and then when we get there they tell us they have no cars available. But they do have cars in their lot. When I ask about those vehicles they tell me they’re reserved. Well I had a reservation too! Absolute discrimination. Never will weDo business with this company again.
