Theu have great customer service and they are my go to for everything.They never pressure you into getting things done.They understand and work with you if you have to come back for something else you were not there for,they hold the price for you and add discounts if any apply.They are wonderful and I highly recommend them.

I made a appointment for 11.am . I got there at about 10.15 . They couldn’t do 3/4 of the things I wanted done. I needed a Goodyear tire which they said was made for Walmart only. He said they were busy and would get to me as soon as possible. If I had a appointment what would that have to do with anything. I waited around until 11.45 before I has enough. Got my key back and got the hell out of there forever. Maybe they just patches tires there and can’t repair autos.

What is the point of having a shop open on a Sunday and you can't provide no service. It's absolutely ridiculous. Needed a simple coolant water resivoir switched out but no Mechanic is the story. if you have no Mechanic then why open.

Bought tires from here on 1/30, felt a really bad vibration from the front tires and called to have it looked at. On 2/1 After 2 hours of them trying to tell me I needed an alignment, turns out 2 of the tires are defective. Scheduled a 10am appointment to get the 2 tires replaced. Manager said it would be 40 minutes and it's been over an hour and a half. This store doesn't know what they're doing, I wouldn't trust them to change a bicycle tire.

Great price on some inexpensive new tires! Goodyear is a name you can trust. The service was fairly quick as they were training a new tech. The person at the counter turned on the TV for me as I was the first customer on the books. He also offered me coffee which was very nice. I would absolutely use them again! Thanks Goodyear! You can trust me, I used to have directional tires on my supped up Mustang. ;D

I went there last Sunday for oil change. I made an appointment online. When I got there, I was told that the whole day was booked and they don’t do oil change for my car. Management should block the cars online to book if they don’t do certain cars or have only car models available. Wasted my time.

8:30 am on Sunday and they can’t do an alignment same day if I dropped of my vehicle with them all day. Come on guys get your act together. It’s just an alignment. Two thumbs down ? ?

Recently purchased a tire at this Goodyear and tire was leaking. Things happen. However, the man working the front desk was very grumpy , maybe because it was Sunday. But dealing with customers who also are out on a Sunday getting a tire fixed, you would think being a little more friendly and less rude would go a long way. Tire was patched with no charge. Therefore, the shop is fair, just very unpleasant.
