Clerk was very short with me. I asked about membership, she told me I could sign up and get 20% off, but they don't do it anymore. Why ask me to only deny me?

I'm from CT and an avid thrifter. This place is dumpy and barely has any quality items. Store half empty. Was super disappointed.

Go to Wal mart. They want almost 100$ a year for *good friend Membership. Who are they Netflix?!?!. Lets watch. The prices are terrible. The products are gross. And the clerks are even worse. Help yourself and check the clearance at wal mart for New Brand new items. I don't want an empty tennis ball case for 4.99. The online retail is an absolute ripoff. The owner of goodwill is a person who doesn't help anyone but himself. Avoid Goodwill. Try sal val

Good selection of items, but wear gloves.
Not a very clean or well maintained building, would avoid using the restroom at all costs.

It's unfortunate that the attitude of one of the workers at this location would make me never want to donate here ever. Hopefully you'll give your people at the intake area better training in the future.

Where did the kids clothes go?
If you guys don't sell them anymore you should let people know so they don't donate. I hate to see all the kids clothes thrown away!!!

My experiences with Goodwill have been fair in general. Their clothing and fabrics are selling at $5.99 - somewhat disappointing, because even Walmart sells clothing at clearance or full price - less than what Goodwill charges. However, they have brought in more childrens’ clothing to their selection.Another change is my local stores no longer offer books, CDs or DVDs in their brick and mortar stores and are now sold online - however, you can still find TVs and electronics. In other words, they totally decimated their options for entertainment and many people still prefer to shop in store. It’s now all about apparel, toys, decor, furniture, and appliances.

Great drop off location out front which is easy to get to. Carts are easily available to move your stuff. The attendant was nice and appreciative. Didn't go into the store side so can't comment on that. Looks to be a big store. Was clean and not cluttered like some others.

I have been cleaning out my mom's house and donating items to Goodwill. Employees are friendly and helpful. Store has some great bargains.
