Since when is furniture with a hairline scratch refused. For a company that receives items for a full profit you're getting awfully picky. This could've been items that someone could've easily painted or stained, but now will end up at the dump. Do better Goodwill.

So my Goodwill shopping days are officially over! It was nice thinking whatever you purchased, some of that went to help a disadvantaged or disabled person. Not now! I've shopped for like decades, and went in the other day on a mission for some children's books. Previously these were .79 each, sometimes $1.49 if a larger hardcover. Now they are individually priced, and crazy prices! USED books, sometimes very used! And they are all $2.99, $3.99...insane! I asked a young man what happened saying I've been buying these for years for under $1! He said yeah, we were bought out by a company and they are re-pricing everything and mostly over-pricing and they did away with senior Wednesday where there was a 25% discount and also the "membership" good friend thing or something, that was a fee to join for a 25% discount. Those folks are gonna be hot! But yeah, no more helping disabled folks, so for these prices, I'll go to a new retailer instead! Too bad. Beware everyone! Don't just hand over your money to a company for profit thinking you are helping people, you no longer are!

Don't go work there if you care about people. They sell electronics that are not tested but you can't get your money back. ( You actually can so protest) Raised prices and horrible new owner policies have made sales go down hill. They owe me pto hours that they won't give me but all good. They would rather have bad employees than good ones.
Enjoyed my job but guess I'm over qualified cauz I care

Very disappointed ? I saw one green sticker at the Gatlin store today for so called friends sale
Whoever's doing the pricing is on drugs compared to other stores in our area .This is the second sale at that location that they appeared not to participate. The stores in Stuart are by far the best in our area. Organization , presentation , staff support etc. Liked sale days like they used to be.

I come here almost every week and they have the worst employee named ANGIE. So rude and unkind. I understand people have bad days but it’s a nasty look and huffs and puffs every time I encounter her. I got to check out today with a few things. I took all the hangers off the kids clothes which takes time when there is a line and I decided against 2 toys for my daughter and she made a scene huff and puffed and threw the scanner down, snatched the toys and complained to me that now she has to go put them back on the shelf. Completely ridiculous and uncalled for.made me feel unwelcome in the store for someone that spends so much money at this store.

Lots of variety but it depends on the donations made to get good products, it is good to visit it constantly to see that achieving one "hunt" among the donations made, is similar to the shopping experience at yard or garage sales

BUYER BEWARE!
Clerk insuinated I had changed a price tag on a game which I did not. She refused to sell the game at the price it was marked. She continued to discuss it as I checked out my remaining items giving comparison stories making me feel like a criminal. She was very rude and aggressive in her tone.
We will not be returning to this store anytime soon.
Long time customer.

This Goodwill has gone down so bad. I'm so disappointed, the gremlin in the back was so freaking rude it was unbelievable. I drove all this way to make a donation and because it started to lightly pour outside the first thing the guy did was shoo us off because he didn't want us to park in one spot and then he immediately told us no I won't take it it's all wet once we got out.
No duh Einstein it's raining outside, but he had no problem taking all the stuff from the lady in front of us. I've never met someone so rude in my life I can't believe this guy is hired or has a job

Bought a 2 piece mule set, just for the cashier to take it apart and try to charge me separately for it. Even though clearly, it had no price tag on it and it was found inside the larger cup (in the bag) that I did purchase. The lady wanted to charge the same value of something that was supposed to be a set. That logic made no sense, decent things but this store never gets any deliveries.

Dont expect anything good there, saw one guy came out from the back today 10/26/23 around 12.45pm with a trolly full of new looking clothes, went behind the counter and started cashing them himself around 10 bags of clothes and various items. So all items no matter what it was was scanned for $0.99 cents.

This was the most dismal, ramshackle, dingy junk store of ANY Goodwill I have ever been to! Definitely need a Major overall & completely new inventory of merchandise! Makes the Dollar Tree look like Neiman Marcus!
