Couple things... she’s in a tiny tiny room (literally walk in closet size) inside another business, and the smell of the chemicals bc the room is so small is pretty strong.

I would not go here. The owner, Lisa, does not know how to treat employees. She is rude, disrespectful, she doesn’t pay what she is supposed to, she is so unprofessional anyone who goes there regularly knows she doesn’t even do nails she just sits there talking crap. I’ve literally heard her MAKE FUN OF CLIENTS BEHIND THEIR BACK. Then she closed down the salon because she wasn’t paying the rent, lol and then when she posted it online, she said “various reasons”

I wish I had checked the reviews before coming here. I went off a FB recommendation bc I have had a hard time with nail shaping. First off Chantel was running almost 20 minutes late, no apology for being behind. I was on my lunch hour. Big mistake. Discussed my nail shape preferences and concerns not to file too thin with Chantel & she assured me they would not be thin. Even as she started filing & I noted a concern she assured me with acrylic they would be straight and inline with my nail-bed. Final product looks horrible, she was clearly annoyed once I pointed out my concern bc her whole demeanor changed. Meet asked if I was satisfied, Happy etc. the salon is filthy - the wax melter visible on the counter was disgusting. Nail pieces all over the floor, and just dirty. She had her kids & a new puppy there as well. She stopped for nearly 15 min to change her baby - I get it, I have kids. Trying to juggle is very hard so I was patient. Not even the courtesy of an excuse me, apology etc. almost 2 hours & I hate my nails. Crossed my info off the customer list as I left. This place is awful. I am not one to write negative reviews but seriously awful.

took my girls here to get their nails done for school. they did a awesome job. made both my girls feel so pretty. i would definitely recommend this place

I'm beyond upset. I've been getting my nails done since February and I never had an issue. Yes, I have very thin nails. But my old nail lady has no problem with them. They never broke. Upon leaving, I noticed my nails were super bendy. Which was super abnormal. When I got home one of them broke right away. I didn't really care that much, it happens. I contacted the salon letting them know she had missed a lot of my nail. I usually go 4 weeks between appointments and I would be lucky to get a week out of these. The biggest issue is my nails are literally breaking apart. I've never had this issue. Ever. I'm not sure if she soaked them to long, or what. But my nails look and feel terrible. I'm so disappointed in this place. This did offer to fix the nail polish, but I didn't want to go back to them. Not when my nails look like a broken mess because of what they did. I would recommend going else where.

I have a nail lady already but I happened to stumble across this place and popped in just to see since I had time to kill... I walked out 2 mins later. I wasnt planning to get my nails done since I just had them done the day before. Granted, the place is beautifully decorated but the second I stepped in I got hit with a huge wave of acrylic odor. Clearly it's not well ventilated but regardless I asked the woman at the front what they do here. And her smartass response was "nails" CLEARLY. but every salon is different so I tried but then i turned around and to make matters worse, the OWNER was holding a baby! Had to be less than 5 months old. Then to top it off the woman at the front was ready to pop. She offered a business card which I took but will never use. Don't bother. Go elsewhere.

Just left this place and it's probably the most ghetto nail salon I've ever been in. Trash mouth nasty girl running her mouth the entire time. Disturbing experience.

Do not waste your time with this place. They dress like they are in their living room. Don't advertise their "specials" so I was charged the same for regular polish as their gel polish and no one mentioned gel was on sale... they are veryyyyy SLOW with no remorse, very short answers, and poor customer service - and cherry on top their credit card machine was broken.... just don't come here.

I guess we should have checked the reviews before going. We did not have an appointment; my sister and I. Walked in to one lady standing outside the open door smoking, wearing a blue shirt. It appeared that one nail tech was inside doing a young girls nails. She rudely asked what we needed as if we were bothering her. She moved her Wendy's bag of food off of her large calendar as she sighed and looked at the older lady standing outside the door smoking. We felt very unwanted so my sister stated it was ok and we could just go somewhere else. The older lady at the door yells as we were walking away “that was rude!†We were nowhere near as rude as we should have been. I wouldn't give these clowns my money to save my life. Don't go there!

Went to Kathy to get a gel manicure because I saw an advertised special on Facebook. I like supporting small businesses and the personal attention you get. Kathy was super nice and asked lots of questions to get to know me. She tried different polishes on my nails because I couldn't decide on a color. I thought that was so kind and generous of her to do. After talking with me about what I do daily she put some extra coats of protection polish on my nails so they would last longer. The customer service was excellent and I was very happy with the finished product. So I'm giving 4 stars instead of five for only one reason. The cleanliness of the salon was not great. Things were kind of piled up and dust from nail filing was all over the work spaces. Half empty soda bottles we're lying around. It didn't seem to be wiped down or cleaned up in quite a while. There was even some nail clipping on the table where I was getting my nails done. I'm a little bit of a clean freak but I felt like this was unsanitary and potentially dangerous. I hope with my review the owners will clean up a bit and work on a routine clean up process after each customer. Again I was pleased with the service and I will try the place again.

The service is terrible. The attitudes of the techs is even worse. Very rude and not kid friendly at all. I went on a recommendation from an acquaintance and I will never take her opinion again. I was charge $25 dollars for a paint job that my 3 yr old niece could've done better. DO NOT GO HERE!! (posting from my husbands account)

Do not go here. They do not have a knowledge about nails. They are a fake con artist. They bash healthy nails but think nail polish with strong chemical fumes is better. They really need to get educated. If it was not healthy why would there be no proven fact??? The person in charge of facebook wrote disrespect things and blocked me fast. Could not handle a debate like a adult. Do not go to this salon go to a place that has great customer service and has knowledge.
