Only one employee working. I requested help to buy flooring, but nobody came. This same thing happened last Thursday.
The store is absolutely understaffed.

I'm giving a two star only because they offered me a few dollars to in place of a good Kitchen Backsplash which I paid over 2300.00. It was a fairly small job and their installer was Installation Made Easy (IME). I picked out the tile and Floor and Decor was helpful in that area. I had Mitch from IME come and give me an estimate I was promised the stove fan would be removed and the price was a little high but he assured me of an expert installer. To make this short the installation was bad, chips, cracks and before the job was done they made me go out and by more tile $300 because they ruined so much tile cutting it. Finally they tiled around the vent fan and caulked it, looks bad. I added one picture of many chips and electrical problems that need repair.
UPDATE: Floor and Decor refuses to help resolving issues with Installation Made Easy who the assigned to install my Backsplash.

I have been here 4-5 times with my dad trying to figure out what tile we are going to use in the bathroom remodel and we just couldn’t decide. So we came here 1 more time trying to figure out once and for all what we are going to get. Fitz was passing by us and we asked him a question, from that question he helped us pick the needed materials and worked with us to finally find tile that we like. He went above and beyond. Showing complete professionalism and care towards us. You can tell he knows exactly what he is talking about. I also have to give a shoutout to his brother Edwin who also made us feel confident in our decision making process. These are two outstanding employees. Definitely people I will work with again in the future.

O have done several projects in my home. Floors and wall tile are available to good prices. They have everything you need for timing.Huge inventory to pick from. If you are lucky you might find something beautiful on clearance for a big saving.
I love the store and will continue to shop there.

Floor & Decor has an interior design Name “Linda” and she assisted with my backsplash for my kitchen. And I must say thank you because she took her time assisting me with choosing the perfect backsplash. Great choice My wife very happy must I say more!!

I’ve been coming to this store for years since this store had opened! I’ve never had an issue or concern that wasn’t handled with professionalism by Orlando or his staff. The staff was always polite with me or I find them working. I’ve noticed this store had more new tile to offer which is great. Highly recommend this Floor and Decor Location. Below is a kitchen backsplash I installed.

I stopped at the store this morning and waited 30 minutes for the customer service to bring me the tile. They pulled down from the shelves last night. When they brought it out to my vehicle all the boxes were left outside in the rain and we're wet and their suggestion was we flip the boxes upside down rather than just getting dry boxes so I can get the tile inside the house for the job. Very poor customer service.
