For all the negativity you hear about delivery companies, I wanted to share a great experience with FedEx delivery today. Their team went above and beyond and displayed professionalism and integrity. It was nice to know there are still good people in this industry. I live in Jensen Beach, Florida and believe in recognizing hard work and a job well done. Thanks FedEx.

Had to drop off a big heavy box. This location has carts available which is great help for those big loads. Front desk girl was kind and professional. Nice to see a smile and a good attitude. So many rude, arrogant and entitled people in this world. You got it right FedEx with this employee. ??

Terrible service from this location specifically, but also the one out of west palm. Any time I have a signature required package, package gets marked as "no one home" right after the truck leaves the warehouse. A number of times now I've sat around waiting for a package only for it to be sent back after sitting in the truck all day because the driver can use the signature as a reason to skip my delivery.

It's not a busy store, so it's quite easy to get in and out. Went in the mid afternoon to mail a package. The staff was in the back but quickly came to assist me when I entered the store. Cost was about $10 to mail 4 pages in a letter sized envelope for 2 day delivery time. I explained what I needed, and she provided options. I didn't need a label as she took the address info from me and typed it directly into her computer to generate the label. Had me review it in the small monitor/pay device, and off I left with tracking receipt in hand. Yes, I would recommend use.

The customer service is less than I expect from a FedEx location. Their not cordial, rush you with details about the shipping, do not have patience and understand your best price interest should be a priority. Shipping prices are rediculous high. I much prefer USPS.
