Had to drop off a big heavy box. This location has carts available which is great help for those big loads. Front desk girl was kind and professional. Nice to see a smile and a good attitude. So many rude, arrogant and entitled people in this world. You got it right FedEx with this employee. ??

The customer service is less than I expect from a FedEx location. Their not cordial, rush you with details about the shipping, do not have patience and understand your best price interest should be a priority. Shipping prices are rediculous high. I much prefer USPS.
