MORE GARDENS WITH MULCH THROUGHOUT PERU AND PLANTS THAT ROOT THEMSELVES BY CUTTING AND PEELING A PIECE OF STEM SUCH AS THE UMBRELLA PLANTS WHICH ARE LEMON GREEN WITH DARK GREEN COLOR, VERY ATTRACTIVE AND WHEN YOU CUT THEM ALREADY GROWN AT THE ROOT, THEY FORM A HEDGE OR WALL AND THE RED CROTONS AND FROM ALL THE COLORS THAT TMB ROOT, LET'S LEARN TO MAKE OUR COUNTRY BEAUTIFUL AND SO WE WILL INCREASE TOURISM ❤️

I went there to have fingerprints done, and the lady was so rude to me just because my hands shook due my having anxiety. I appreciate her doing the service, but she needs to learn to have a more compassionate attitude. I'm sure she wouldn't want to be treated that way.

This place is a ripoff. They should not be authorized to offer Identego Services. I walked in at 12:28, and they told me no that they closed at 12:30 and even though I was there before 12:30 they still told me no. Also employee refused to indentify herself and told me her boss could override the 12:30Deadline but she chose not to.Now after reading the other customer reviews I am going to take a wild guess and say that the business owner will jump on here with the same belligerence, finger pointing and refusal to accept responsibility they they give to everyone else.

Last week I had a scheduled appointment for finger printing. I decided to show up an hour earlier being that I was eager to get my finger prints done and complete the rest of my errands for the day. When I showed up I was greeted by the woman who sits at the front desk. I told her I was here to get my finger prints done and I'm an hour early.She asked if I had an appointment and if so what is my appointment time. She then informed me that I would have to come back at that appointed time being that she had other appointments for the day.I took offense to the her telling me that I had to come back being that I was already there. I was rude and combative. Later on in the evening I realized how much I was in the wrong and how much I owed this woman a sincere apology. How could I be so ridiculous in my actions just based off this woman telling me that she has a schedule and the schedule must be followed.Every business has rules that must be upheld. I was completely out of line and would like to make amends with the woman who works at the front desk. I hope you will accept my sincere apology!I must say she's professional and did a great job with my finger prints. Thank you for giving me excellent customer service!

I have called 4 times one of there drivers hit my truck and the women is very very rude and unprofessional I am calling state and a lawyer stay away from this company!!!

Absolutely terrible service. Laurel Mandem was the attendant and I personally watched her chastise a woman in front of me about her terrible looking Social Security card, and how she needs to better handle the things at her house. Then told me she does not have the time to make a phone call and deal with me.Not only did she have rude customer service, but she was allowing personal identifying information to be heard throughout the whole office.I will also be reporting the facility to the Better Business Bureau.

Front desk clerk or whatever she thinks she is was very rude to me and reprimanded me like I was a child. Simply because she couldn’t speak up like a regular human being and was condescending about it. Threatening to have me pay for some machine simply because I scooted it by an inch or so. Terrific simply terrific. It’s not like the other people on the reviews don’t have a problem with her either. But this business won’t respond to this comment much less the others who also had trouble with her. But when it’s someone’s fault besides the business they comment. Super smelly in there as well.

Came here to get hubby fingerprints done for a job. Bathroom is in small lobby and I asked to use it. It's only for employees. Ok. Not alot of traffic in here.
