Not really helpful when you need them they're just there to collect your premium 10% of your premium which they raise every year I was in an accident where I was not at fault and the report said I was not at fault 100% and they still raise my rates

Guy keeps blowing up my number for whatever reason trying to sell me insurance never tried to secure insurance from my research all these positive reviews are friends and family that are not even insured through him stop calling my phone

Customer service was amazing. Elias always call me back and made sure that my policy paperwork was accurate. I was moving from another state and Elias went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. God bless him.

Called here for a quote for auto and homeowners insurance. Left a message, they called back took all my personal information and I never heard from them again. Called them back a few times and am always told someone will call you back, I will make sure of it and nothing. Go elsewhere as you are obviously not in good hands here.
