The team at the Electric Bike Shop are fantastic and really went out of their way to ensure my wife and I were in the right bike. They worked with us on an issue I was having and made sure I was completely satisfied. They really took their time to explain all of the models and features. I was so thrilled with the service I received I purchased a third bike.

$480 for a used battery after they had the bike for a month…After a week of riding it already barely holds a charge. This place has place is a joke, unprofessional management. And don’t care about there customers

Electric bike shop is by far the best place to buy your first and all electric bikes you plan on getting. They are honest, attentive to your needs and by far the best in the electric bike business. I’m buying my wife a new bike and I plan to buy her’s at “Electric Bike Shop” other places are more like buying at a used car lot… pressure pressure pressure! Not so at electric bike shop they cater to you and your needs. Thanks again Electric Bike Shop!

I had a deal worked out for leaving an item as collateral. I wasn't able to make it in on the day that was set up (friday) because of my line of work. On the following Monday I received a call from Mike asking when I could make it in to complete the deal we had agreed on. I set it up for that Wednesday. After I paid a friend to give me a ride there mike was not in the shop. There was already a contract written out and waiting for me. After testing a few bikes I picked the one I wanted (it was a cheaper bike than most of them) and it was set to go. The lady I was dealing with then made a call to another man, I belive his name is Dave he apparently said no to something and the deal was off. After that Mike was on the phone with the young lady and told her to apologize to me for him. Thank you for wasting my time and money. I will get an e bike but it won't be from there and I will never suggest them to anyone.

Great Place to hang and talk shop why they work on your bike. I live in Vero Beach and cant find anyone up this way to service my lectric Brand bike and these guys and girls did it and did great job. THANK YOU.

I wish I could give NO Stars!! I went in the with a Working Jetson electric bike to get a tire & brakes fixed & came out with a NOT Working bike!!! They stole $100+ the $400 my bike cost... Horrible!!!!!

My dad had been researching e-bikes for months so I took him into the shop. Tom was amazing and answered all of our questions and spoke of all the different brands and features. 90 minutes later we bought a Bagi bike and it's sooo much fun.

Buyer beware. I am currently paying for a bike I ordered but never received almost 4 months ago. In fact, I cancelled the order because customer service is terrible. By the time everything is said and done, it will cost me over $3000 because they won't clear things up with the finance company.
