As long as I’ve lived in Jensen Beach, I’ve never been to DV Wireless. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by Juan. He was very patient with me getting my phone ready to sell. He took the time to explain exactly how he came to the pricing, and transparency is hard to find these days.Not to mention, the customer in front of me was an elderly woman, and Juan waited for her to pack up her purse to hold the door open and help her to her car because she has a walker. This just goes to show his customer service knows no bounds.I know I’ll will be coming back for my future phone needs. Thank you, Juan AT DV Wireless for the honest & extraordinary customer service!
