This is by far the worst dollar tree I have ever been too. I do a lot of crafting and they never have what other dollar tree stores have in stock. I always end up going to the one on Bayshore or Saint Lucie West. The shelves are always a wreck when I come to this location.
The last time I was at this location the employees were extremely rude to a couple of customers.

New to the area and stopped by- most of the aisles were blocked off with boxes and carts. It was hard to find stuff and the workers looked like they were sad. It just wasn’t a pleasant experience for myself and my daughter. Not returning

I’ve visited many dollar trees in our area and this is by far the worst store in general that I’ve ever been to. It’s filthy, the shelves are bare and what is there is just thrown out and there’s carts with boxes blocking isles, the employees have no sense of urgency and the customer service that’s provided is certainly bare minimum. It’s hot in the store and they have drinks in coolers that don’t even work. From the looks of things this store is in dire need of new management

Worst dollar tree in the area. Trash by the front entrance is insanely full and wreaks. It’s so dirty inside the store and a complete mess. It’s impossible to find anything because everything is out of its place and disorganized. I greeted the cashier when checking out and they just completely ignored me. ??♀️

Staff is all super nice and works really hard. The store is a little messy, but that’s to be expected with a busy store like this one.

Usually this one is a disaster but today it was really clean and well stocked. Would have given 5 stars if there was more than one employee checking customers out. Long lines are an issue here

Probably slight exaggeration, but seemed like the lowest stocked shelves I have seen since the height of the pandemic. However, the stock may have been on the boxed carts that were everywhere.

This is the worst dollar tree in this area. Employees (almost all of the time) have horrible attitudes, lines are long, and the store can be messy at times. I came in this morning and greeted the cashier/store manager, Michael, and he just kept scanning. I know what it is like to be a cashier and not have customers even acknowledge your presence, so every time I come up to a cashier, I make sure to greet them.
He obviously has a terrible attitude (like he always does every time I see him) and doesn’t care to even be polite. During my transaction with him, he was rude and dismissive. I didn’t give him a reason for him to be rude towards me because I am a respectful person. I never treat people with disrespect, no matter their position.
If you want a better shopping experience, try to avoid this dollar tree. Almost every time you come here, you may leave with a bad experience. This location seriously needs to do better.

If I could give this store a 0 star, my god I would do negative stars . I went into the store today with my 4 yr old and when waiting in line my son had to use the bathroom. It became an urgent emergency and he was saying he couldn't hold it, so I went to ask an employee where the bathroom was and he walked right past me like I wasn't there, so I saw another store clerk following behind him and I said excuse me and asked her and before she could answer the other guy turned around and in a very sarcastic tone says it was broken. Now of course I can understand that however given the urgency with a my child, I urged him to let him please use it as it was only to pee and nothing else and his response was said in a way the insinuated that I was stupid. So I responded that I am not stupid and understand but that he's about to pee the floor and his response was " Oh no he will not, you can just take him outside, he can pee out there". I was so shocked at this, if it was me or another ADULT then I would not have even bothered but it was my FOUR year old son. Kids do not have the same bladder control as adults and for him to speak to us in this manner and show 0 sympathy or even the bare minimum common courtesy. His behavior was disgusting to say the least and the closest store mind you was closed. So the women associate turned to me as this man was walking away and apologized saying that he's always like this so I asked for the manager and this man responds back that yelling at me that HE is the manager!! So not only is this person working with the public but is a manager? This location always has issues with their employees and this by far has been the worst experience in my life. I was humiliated and treated like Iess than dirt. As I was walking out the door he was complaining to another customer about me! So I told him I would be reaching out to corporate and he said "GOOD". When I asked what his name was to the nearby cashier , this manager responded instead with "Larry" So I have no idea if that is really his name but my god I do know I will NEVER return to this store. For this man to act like this. I cannot believe he works here.

I really dislike leaving negative reviews but someone has to do something about those cashiers that look miserable working there. Their attitude is just horrible. I understand we all have problems and we can have bad days but this is almost every time I go. It’s never a hit and miss. If you don’t like to work there, there’s plenty of other jobs, you don’t have to be miserable there.

If I could give it no stars I would always had one cashier working with other staff hanging around doing nothing while the line is a mile long disgusting store
