DME of America is a great resource and very easy to deal with for any DME equipment. The staff and owner are easy to talk to and eager to assist with any needs from home care to travel to hospice. My family was traveling out of state and Crystal went out of her way to help try and make accommodations for a power recliner using their network for the area to which we were traveling. The owner was very supportive and offered his help and connections when our family member entered hospice.
I highly recommend them for any DME needs and resources.

This company is negligent. Do not use this company. I had surgery and was prescribed a knee scooter or a wheel chair. I was in a splint for 2 weeks a cast for 4 weeks and now am in a boot for 6 weeks. 4 weeks after surgery, I still did not have the items needed. When I called Dme of America One, Inc, I was told that the insurance company has not yet approved it. I had fallen after surgery and was tired of waiting. I called the insurance company to complain only to find out that I did not need preapproval for these items. An advocate from my insurance company called them to tell them that, not once but twice. After Dme of America One told me that they are still waiting for approval and did not get the phone calls from BCBS, I called another company. I had my items the next day from another company. Dme of America One, Inc never did provide the needed items. This makes me so mad because I would not have fallen after surgery, if I had the knee scooter when I needed it..

The other day I stop in to see if they had a few items I would be interested in purchasing.
Crystal was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I had a question about.
And she was very informative and patient with me and mad sure I understood everything.
I know that in the future I will be getting my medical supplies at DME.

DME of America, Inc . staff is terrific, you get waited on right away. If they are busy they let you know they will be right with you. Crystal took care of me , she was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I left the store I felt I made the right purchase. I would definitely recommend this store.

Hi I had a very good experience with this company they did my son's ramps and Miss Vickie that young lady is great she was patient understanding and she was very helpful I really appreciate her more than she ever will know The company was polite they cleaned up behind themselves everything was wonderful so if you need any ramps check them out I gave them five stars because between the workers and Miss Vickie can't go wrong.

My husband needed a 4-wheeled walker for a tall person. DME had exactly what he wanted. Crystal was extremely helpful. She explained everything to us. We were very comfortable in the store. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy. Another woman worker (sorry, I didn't get her name) was also very friendly and helpful. We will go back to DME for all of our future medical equipment and supplies.

The staff and management will go way above and beyond to help you. If you need medical DME items this is the best place in Florida to get them. Thanks to all the staff that spent lots of extra time to help get the items approved we needed. Highly recommend.

If you want personalized assistance— DME of America in Port St Lucie is the place to go. I was in the market for a gel pad mattress for my elderly mother. Staff greeted me the moment I entered the store and they were so eager to help. Vicki the office manager, and Crystal have the expertise and knowledge to work in this specialty market. They immediately understood what was needed, the item was in stock, and at a reasonable price. The item was delivered promptly and installed by Javier who was very professional. It was an excellent shopping experience from beginning to end, and I highly recommend them without hesitation.
