Embroidered logos were fine. The issue? The quality of the shirts that they offer are not all made true to size. Going to their location for my son to try on the shirts was a complete waste of time because the shirts that are supposedly the same size and made by the same manufacturer turned out to be different lengths and widths! I informed the employee that I wasn't made aware of any possible "variations" I until the day of pickup, well after paying in full! The employee seemed like she could care less. I'm not sure how long it'll be before my son grows out of some of his school uniform tops. Buyer beware!

I walked in to pick up my shirts, and the look on their faces were like they'd never seen black people before. It was very wired. I walked in, I smiled and greeted the people that were already inside by the register and politely asked for my clothing. The lady looked at me as if I were someone who had done her wrong in her past. After telling her what shirts were mine, she turned around and made her way to the back office, staring at me like I was going to do something really horrible or steal something in her store. When she returned, she just quickly handed me a shopping bag that had 3 balled up shirts and said, "Here's your shirts, have a nice day! " I looked at the bag and opened it in front of her, pulling out one of the wrinkled shirts holding it up so she could see how unprofessional this looks, but she was more concerned of getting me out and she replied, " Is there anything else you need!". As if I was taking too long and she wanted me out. I was going to ask her permission to look around the store so I could buy some items for my uniform for work, but at that point, I really started to feel very uncomfortable and felt as though at any moment, I wasn't going to make it back home to my family alive. All I could think about was how many people of color were treated that way before me.I wonder?I survived working 20 years in the Police Department in New York, and I thank my maker that I was fortunate enough to retire.Very unsafe environment!Please! My people be careful.Too many countless Black & Brown lives have been taken over ignorant and uncivilized people.

Uniforms were provided for me by my school . Considering they always do these types of things , I assumed they’d given me my correct pant size that I signed off for , I didn’t check the sizes until my first day of school as I was getting ready for it. However, being that my size was not in their inventory , they gave a size that was too small , instead of communicating that they did not have my size. When I expressed my troubles , it was taken as if they didn’t care . I had to drive an hour to pick up my replacement pair of pants and they only gave me 3 because I had to wear the too small pair for the first night of school and also purchase other pants to until they called to let me know they had my size in.

They didn't have what I needed, They offered to order it but due to my own negligence it wouldn't have arrived in time. The staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend.
