Scott Bernard, manager of the Port St. Lucie Dan's fan City store saw my issue on FB and went to work using a photo I posted of my of my large hip roof deck. He superimposed the fan over my current one and recommended. Then advised us to see the fan at our local Dan's Fan City. It was perfect! This guy knows his stuff. We ordered the fan thru him and got a great price. Will never buy a fan again w/o his input. I bet not many store managers with Dan's spend thier evening's helping folks like me and others. Thank you again Scott

After checking several stores and talking with the sales clerks, Dan's Fan City turned out to be the bast choice. They were able to recommend the right fans for the various locations in our home and the prices were fair. We recommend Dan's Fan City.

Drove by for 30 years. Needed 3 speed fan switch.Fan 20 years old. Switch no longer made. He figured out how to make a new switch. Talked me through wiring. Unbelievable level of knowledge. At a more than fair price. Provides a level of service that no longer seams to exists exists.

Our "go to store" for fans. Such a knowledgeable owner with a great sense of style. Always suggests the perfect fan. I just bring a photo of the room and he knows exactly what I want. Thank you!

I have never encountered the help I received from Scot and Mike. I had a problem rewiring a receiver. I called and they couldn't have been more helpful. The fan I've had for 8-10 years worked perfectly until I moved it to a new house. Store #131 had nothing to do with "my" problem. They took the time to help me out. They are a credit to Dan's Fans. Will be forever grateful. Would recommend them & the store to anyone shopping for a fan!!! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.Tom Melley, Stuart FL

Great selection of fans, very knowledgeable salesperson, and their electricians are fabulous! He helped me buy my first outdoor ceiling fan for my patio. We get wild winds from the ocean, and I needed a strong fan. It is working great with no problems. I will go there again for all my fans, but I probably won't need any for awhile, since all mine are new, and they are working great!!!

We had 7 ceiling fans installed today from Dan’s Fans City in Port St. Lucie. It was an excellent experience from working with Scott in the store to getting them installed. Scott was very patient and knowledgeable in helping us select the fans and we couldn’t be happier with them. They look beautiful and are very powerful/do their job. The electrical company they contract to install them is also excellent and did a great job. They were super nice, quiet and efficient. I highly recommend this store!!

My visit to the port St Lucie Sandpiper Plaza store was the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. A part in my old ceiling fan was bad. Scott, the manager, tracked down and ordered the part. It turned out that he had to spend about a half hour rewiring things.... making the fan better than ever. His request for payment was minimal and I had to convince him to allow me to pay more! When does that ever happen?!

I will never get a fan anywhere else! Best customer service from Scott. Attentive, courteous and understanding. He went above and beyond to reach my needs in a timely fashion. Not to mention lining up an electrician fr me. KUDoS to Dan’s Fans.

One of the blade arms on my mother's 40 year old Gulf Coast fan broke while cleaning and we ordered a set from the Dan's Fan City internet store. They didn't work and they let me take them back to the store in PSL for credit. The manager was awesome as I showed him a picture of why the blade arms didn't work and he was able to give me a set that worked perfectly!! A straight swap so super easy!!

The manager, Scott, is highly knowledgeable and personable, and maintains a detailed record of every purchase made by his customers. If you're in the market for a ceiling fan, we highly recommend visiting Scott at this store. They boast a vast selection of both indoor and outdoor fans, as well as fan repairs and installation services through the company, Chason Electric. We were delighted with the prompt service they provided, sending a licensed electrician to install our fan the very next business day, and at a reasonable price. Overall, we are thrilled with our experience at Dan's Fan City and will continue to use them. ?
