I had been a regular Walgreen customer but because of long lines we have been trying your store. My experience on 1/6/2024 was so bad I need to re-evaluate where to go next.\nThe urgent care requested 3 R/X electronically at approximately 9:30AM and advised me to wait one hour before picking them up. \nAt 10:15 - 10:30 waiting in line I was told they were still working on them and it would be abY out 15 minutes. Okay that was understandable and acceptable to me. \nI came back and waited in line 18 -20 minutes only to be told one was \"out of stock\" and to come back Monday. Unacceptable!! I asked for the scrip so I could go elsewhere. NO due to the electronic request Meanwhile I observed the most dis-organized display of workmanship goings on which could have been part of the overall problem. Poor management. I finally got thru that my wife needed that r/x and where could I go to get it myself. This clerk was very helpful as opposed to the first people and she sent the scrip to another location in Tradition. two and a half hours later and another 45 minute wait and I got the scrip my wife needed. A total of 6 hours since she needed it.\nDo you think this type of service is acceptable?

Terrible, whole staff is BELOW incompetent, even my prescriber said let’s just use a different pharmacy they are too difficult. They are rude and honestly not that smart. Should switch it to a Walgreens pharmacy instead never had a problem there.

Pharmacist and staff are great. With the exponential growth of the area they are sorely understaffed. Cvs needs to staff more deeply here and build a brick and mortar location in tradition asap to meet the demand.

Considering the state of employment vs large corporate businesses, this location is doing well. I always thank the staff for showing up and doing the best they can. My meds are ready when promised. Holding back one star bc there is no drive through.

Had scheduled appointment for minute clinic but was never seen because either they were afraid I had covid (I didn't) or they didn't want to provide treatment for African American. I had a mask on to prevent transmission of flu to anyone around me. Kept saying they had others in front of me while I arrived 45 mins before appointment and hour and half after appointment. I left. Pathetic!

The best advice I can offer is to get your prescription(s) filled elsewhere -- NOT a CVS pharmacy. NOT at Traditions pharmacy. They have no capability of notifying their customers of when your prescriptions are actually available in this store. All text messages and calls come from their corporate office, and THEY are guessing that your prescriptions are ready, but they aren't. This has happened three times in the last 60 days!Additionally, we keep providing our NEW address, and they still have the old address on file. We've asked 8-times for it to be updated, but no luck!

Called Store to confirm Rx was delivered since I was not notified according to CVS Speciality Caremark text it was shipped and it stated "Pharmacy will notify when ready for Pick up". On hold for 20+ minutes so still on the line drove to Target got on line and one Pharmacist and a woman was standing next to him actually filling a Rx for the man at the counter. The woman ahead of me said she's been waiting 20 minutes. Finally, at the counter and I explained no notification to the woman she replied "we're just the middle man." I've always been notified with another CVS off Gatlin and PSL Blvd. Although, I thought it would be convenient closer to home, never again at this CVS. ?

I am happy with CVS. My provider mistakenly sent the order to the wrong branch so I called my preferred CVS branch in Target (Tradition) to have the prescription transferred. In less than two hours, I got a text that my Rx was ready for pickup. Customer service is always good and predictable.

Horrible. Horrible. Miserable. Garbage. Hot mess express. This CVS is inept. I don't even know if it's the employees anymore or the company itself. They NEVER answer the phone, ever. I will call back to back or hours apart and nothing. I've never seen the phone answered while I'm there. I get texts my meds are ready, show up and they aren't. They never take responsibility just say it's corporate texting me. Why is it corporate? Wouldn't something the store is doing cause me to get a text? There is always a line for pick up down an entire aisle. A 30 min wait is a short wait. They only ever have 1 pharmacist and 1 tech/cashier. That's appalling especially with the influx of residents to this area. We need to be served better. CVS needs to do better. I don't think I'll be going back. I can't spend my whole day waiting for medications that are SOMETIMES being filled.

This pharmacy location is great. People are wrong about their complaints. The two pharmacists go out of their way to help. And no, most pharmacies don't pick and do take forever to answer the phone but they are so busy and very understaffed. Using app is very helpful to solve that problem. And if you can be patient, they will pickup eventually and answer your questions. Best around, seriously.

Unfortunately I can’t leave 0 stars. There is a girl there (not to sound rude but she’s missing an arm) who refused to fill my wife’s pain meds right after her cancer surgery. Refused! And was rude about it! It’s not her job to refuse to fill a prescription that a doctor prescribed. This one-armed chick needs to know her roll and do her f@&$ing job like she gets paid to do. I’ve never seen such a lousy excuse for a human in my life! Denying pain meds to a cancer patient?!?!?! Scumbag.
