CVSFor whatever reason, this location is always a Mongolian cluster-f%$k, especially around the pharmacy area.There are always lines of people complaining and trying to get the meds.The store proper always looks disheveled - and there is usually only one person working the main store. Presumably there are more, but I have no idea where they hide them...It is a necessary evil unfortunately and there does not seem to be a better time of the day to go there - it is always the same no matter when you go.Parking all around the perimeter. Use if you must

The worst customer service. I came to pick up an antibiotic for my 2-year-old girl, who has her mouth full of blister packs. I didn't go through the drive thru because I had to look for other medicines inside. The pharmacist couldn't find the order for the antibiotic because I'm almost sure she was putting the name wrong even though I spelled it before several times, I had to call the Pediatrician office to confirm that they had placed the order correctly, this has been our pharmacy for 1 year so there hasn't been any change and always had all my prescriptions sent to this pharmacy. And after the order appears and I wait with my child uncomfortable and in pain, hungry, and tired, this lady with the worst attitude just tell me that they are going to close for lunch and that I should come back in half an hour. I was waiting for almost 20 minutes. Really? I did not come looking for a cream or something like that. It is an antibiotic for a 2 years old girl who has not eaten for 2 days due to having blisters in her mouth due to stomatitis. The worst treatment and the worst attitude, it seems incredible that they are people who work related to people's health, when they have so little empathy and such bad attitude. I stayed in my car and waited for 20 mins. My daughter fell asleep with an empty stomach and crying in pain. The resumen is that I will change the pharmacy to another location, I don't want to see this lady face ever again.

Very very mismanaged. I was given the wrong medication first time I was here. Then was given the right medication at wrong dose. If it was something trivial I wouldn't be upset but it's my heart medication. Something that can't be messed with.

We all understand understaffing is a problem everywhere but this place is just managed badly. no one at the register. Had to wander down each aisle to find someone. It doesn't seem like anyone communicates with each other. 24hrs later my called in Rx is still not ready. "Come back in 20min", return in 20 minutes, closed. Talked to the manager and I got the feeling "quiet quit" or retired in place a long time ago.

The worst pharmacy, I call in to have my order ready for refill, I come into the pharmacy and they tell me "sorry it's out of stock to come in the next day". I come in the next day and my meditation is still not in stock when they assured me that it will be ready the following day at 5pm. I missed two days of meditation because of them. Super irresponsible pharmacy.

Terrible I went to exchange a propane tank the girl behind the counter says she's the only one and she can't do itI saw another girl there so I don't know why she couldn't helpI let couple other customers check out before me I didn't have time to wait What a waste of my time

This CVS IS HORRIBLE.. I went in to pick up my Meds. One of the meds was on file that I can't take Generic..They give me the Generic brand, I explain AGAIN, This has an adverse affect on me.. CVS tells me come back in 2 days.. Well my Husband goes back 5 days later brings home my Meds.... Guess what?? They never changed My Meds to my Lexapro.. His given the Generic brand again.. Been on phone for hour & half waiting to talk to Pharmacist.. Tomorrow I bring back medicine I can't take..& find myself new pharmacy.. Just Plain HORRIBLE.

Awful!! Pharmacy is ridiculous! Waited an hour in the drive through for a prescription! Either hire more staff or open up the second pharmacy lane because it's ridiculous I will be switching my pharmacy for sure

This is not an exceptionally busy CVS yet you are on hold for hours every time you call the pharmacy. Very disappointed that I must travel to the store anytime I have a quick question for the pharmacist.

Terrible service. If you have to call about a medication, hope you're prepared for a lovely hour or so wait. So if you're unsure about your prescription, or need it filled early for a trip, good luck!! Going inside is just as slow and they will still make you wait 2 hours for the fill though you've been trying to call to have it filled. They also no longer take Good Rx. I will be switching to Walgreens. This is the last time I fill my prescriptions at CVS.

Worst CVS I've ever been to. Bad customer service. Empty stocked shelves. They also Wouldn't accept my $30 return even with the receipt because I didn't have the original debit card, even though it was a gift!!!! Never going to this CVS ever again. Walgreens is much better in my opinion directly across the street. I hope everyone takes my advice who reads this and doesn't shop at any CVS again.

Their the worst, very slow. So if you're in real bad pain and filling a prescription for pain pills . I recommend you to go any where else other than here. I had surgery and went to drop my prescription for pain pill, they told me to come back in a hour. I returned a hour and thirty minutes later. Prescription was not ready, they stated it will be expedited to come inside. I came inside to wait in the line, once I got to the top of the line she stated it's still not ready. Smh I went back out to sit in my car for thirty mins longer while in pain. Came back around to the drive thru only to find out my medication still was not ready. I took my prescriptions at this point and went to fill them at Walgreens. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
