Colleen and Samantha at this location were super friendly and helpful in filling my rx needs. Very fast service considering workload they were dealing with. Extremely busy location with adequate staff. Unfortunately they don't get breaks during the 130-200pm hour because the workload is overwhelming. Plenty of easy access parking and drive through is avaiable for rx pick. Location has a CVS health hub and a consultation room.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The minute clinic "Doctor" was rude, unprofessional and seemed to be on drugs. She was all over the place and called Multiple names at once then got very rude and impolite when we were questioning her. She was dressed unprofessional and seemed very disheveled. I will be contacting corporate because under no circumstances do you address patients/people like that.

It does not matter what CVS I go to iOS 7 treated with respect. Oh, let known about whatever I’m getting what medication so I like CVS.

Can't give zero stars. It's nearly impossible to speak with ANYONE. Been on hold for over 15 minutes. Prescription sent in by MD does not match what the CVS website states is ready. I hate that AETNA mandates using CVS. If they want to do that they need to make sure the pharmacy is staffed and competent.

ALWAYS ALWAYS !! Put on hold for 20-45 minutes to be hung up on. I have been in the drive through for another long wait sometimes it’s ready but majority of the time it’s not, or they do not have anything on file. I’ve had nothing but trouble at the store since October 1 of 2022. Then been at store several times to straighten out this problem I seem to never get anywhere. And then to find out, you don’t have a main number for your store on the site and always goes to the pharmacy. So therefore you can’t get in touch with anyone at that location unless you get in your car drive there go inside and then be told step over to the concept consultation department. Bad bad customer satisfaction.

Their Pharmacy has really been messing up lately. Latest case: needed drops for an eye infection. They notified later that it won’t be available until tomorrow after 10 pm. I said not acceptable. They said they found another store 30+ min away confirmed they had it. I said Ok i would pick up from there \\u0026 they said should be ready in about an hr. When I arrived at new location, they said this store had not transferred the prescription yet and it was already likely too late to fill the order today. However, they were understanding at the new store, called this place to get them straightened up, and rushed to fill the order. Not pleased with this location in St Lucie West

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever used. It gets continuous bad reviews with no customer service changes. Long wait and unfair window service. You wait your turn in line and the pharmacist etc not available so you are expected to drive around and wait again. Very poor customer service

The pharmacist named Mirlande Lindor, RPhAt 1300 sw port st lucie blvd. port St Lucie Florida is one of a kind. She actually took time to talk with me and help me with my prescription questions and work with me to really make a situations outcome finally be heard ! Her kindness to customers should be rewarded!!Sincerely,April Walker

If there was an option for zero star rating, that would be too high. Over the last day, I've had several issues with this pharmacy that all started when our dr sent the wrong prescription in. I was on the phone twice with CVS working through the issue. Thinking is was resolved my husband went to pick up the right one. I had to call a 3rd time. The pharmacy tech "Max" came on the phone. When I started to tell him the issue he interrupted me saying "he knew what it was and I was NOT to interrupt him". Unbelievable. I cannot believe they would allow someone to speak to customers this way. He refused to listed. He had no idea what the hell the issue was. He had the audacity to tell me to quit talking and not interrupt, but wouldn't keep his mouth shut. When I started to complain he said he would not stand there for my tone. Unbelievable.

Difficult to get in touch with on the phone. I was looking for a pharmacy that prescribes Paxlovid, as I have Covid. (The laws changed in July so that they can do it now. I finally found at Walmart pharmacy does.) CVS hasn't gotten the OK to do it. I get that these big companies take time to get around to doing things but those of us that I actually need the service, suffer in the meantime.

I realize the area has a huge population who require prescriptions filled asap but it is detrimental to have to wait hours or days for a prescription . Have had issues with the automated system also which has notified me of prescriptions when they actually were not ready.
