Absolute best service in town! Took my 2022 ram 2500 diesel that is lifted from the factory for a check and he was able to diagnose the issues no problem! The man and his crew are nothing short of rockstars! They pulled my truck in immediately and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. You cannot get better service no where in my opinion! I’m going to take my hellcat, jeep, and continue to take my ram 2500 and anything else I buy to these guys. I’m an old school mechanic and expect honesty and the owner was 100% just that. If you want a honest answer from experienced mechanics that are real experts in the field, just pull your car into the garage lane and they will handle your situation! I have full confidence in the ability's of this company! I look forward to dropping off my Jeep JK with them to do a full build.

Not a good experience. I took my son’s truck here for an alignment after I had done suspension work on it myself, thinking they would know what to do. I was wrong… not only did they not know what they were doing but when my son picks up the truck both front tires were slanted inward as shown in pictures.When I try to explain to the technician on what exactly needs to be done since truck is on a leveling kit he has no clue whatsoever. Mind you this was the second time w/o getting it right. The first time they had left the torsion key bolts way off!They don’t know what they are doing here.Anyways, long story short, went to their competition they got it done in less than an hour with the leveling kit staying leveled.They had the opportunity to refund my son his money which would be the right thing to do, but never did.

I waited for an appointment for over a week and a half finally my appointment came I delivered the truck to them completely detailed and inspected before dropping it off. Instead of working on my truck on my appointment date they had my truck for over a month. Finally had to go down there and pick it up unfinished and not only till then where they are trying to fix it. I've never had problems in there before but it seems like things have gone downhill. Once I got home I was very upset to find the front of my truck was damaged they had hit my bumper and my push bar and pushed it up into the grill I have visible damage and dents on my chrome bumper as well as the old-fashioned unhappy face sagging bumper. My truck was perfect and ceramic coated the same day I dropped it off so I know this was done here being moved around while in their possession. I know for a fact that they damaged this truck because it doesn't go anywhere it sits in a barn and every time I have it worked on I make sure to overlook the truck in detail it before dropping it off. All I needed from the start was two small brake lines replaced. Went to Ford had it done in 40 minutes while I waited . Now I have to spend over $650 for a new chrome bumper and the brackets to hold it up right. So disappointed. And by the way the guy at the front desk taking the appointments has no idea what's going on only acts like he does and even writes it down in the stupid little book but looks confused when you ask him questions about your truck

Sent my fiancé here with our truck to fix a tire vibration issue. They told us two of our new tires were out of round and would be a warranty case for Goodyear. They tried to rebalance them anyway. Later on, we went through Goodyear's requested warranty steps and brought the truck to their corporate store for inspection. They informed us that the tires were balanced completely wrong previously, weights were of the wrong amount and placed in completely wrong places. Goodyear had all 4 tires rebalanced properly and out the door in an hour. Problem solved. The Custom Truck shop does not seem to be equipped with foundational car repair knowledge.

Very affordable and fast work, replaced seals and bearings on the rear axle of my truck in one day and was super affordable. Ill be bringing both my trucks here from now on for any work

They are just great people who do what they say they're gonna do but in a fun way even though at the end you'll have to give them money. HahaI highly recommend them and my male roommate who is mechanical as well admires them.
