I don't know how in a business they can have a person so poorly educated in customer service, with such a horrible impression towards the customer and such disappointing treatment, I won't return to this place with so many options, we don't need bad treatment when consuming a product .

It says open 24 hours but it took them having us waiting 10 mins outside with locked doors to tell us they were closed as they counted their drawer. Looked up numerous times within those 10 mins but waited to tell us their 24 hour store was closed. I understand stores need to get things together at times but couldn't you say you were closed the first time you made eye contact vs. the 5th time? Literally looked at me like 5 times before she said she was closed & that's not even counting the other customer in front of me. If being closed had to do with a shift change then please don't say it's open 24 hours I was only waiting 10 mins. I don't know how long the customer before me was waiting. Please have better training at this store.

My first and only visit. I will update per usual. With that said, The person that waited on me was extremely friendly. A smile goes a long way ?It's far from the cleanest Cumberland I've been to but, it's far from filthy. You could use a little bit of dressing but conveniently located and a friendly smile means that I will return here soon!

Cashier has a nasty attitude when told they close at 10:50 pm .. mind you a 24hr store. Smh. Get new employees.
