First impression counts and walking into Crosstown Pharmacy and being greeted by pleasant and courteous staff makes a difference. The staff is helpful and professional and the pharmacist spends time with the customer making sure the customer understands the how and why of the medication you are taking. Excellent service!

So in January 2024 I was diagnosed with DCIS. Confirmation on February 2024. With the stress it affected my hair. March 2024. I looked terrible. For three months I have been using a product Dr. Morrison recommended. My hair and skin is renewed.

Best customer service ever!! And for anyone who read the following review here’s my response:
Look around. That’s what a proper pharmacy smells like. There are no photo areas, beer or grocery aisles to walk through before hitting the pharmacy. It IS the pharmacy and it is impeccable with beyond top notch service. Your allegations that you had to share a mask with your practitioner are falsehoods.
This is the best care and service I’ve ever received from a pharmacy. I got my vaccinations here as well.

I have been coming here for close to 3 years and have had a very positive experience always. The special attention has been a welcome change from dealing with large pharmacies in the past. I highly recommend Crosstown pharmacy.

Tech said needed a waiver for script. Came back 20 minutes later. Now tech says 2 things: we ran out of medicine you needed, and secondly, we don't accept scripts from this doctor. No explanation . Wouldn't refer or ever go back

This is the Best pharmacy in town!!! I never knew there was a small town pharmacy in port Saint Lucie before running into crosstown pharmacy. You can also have Amazon packages shipped to pick up there, it's convenient when I'm at work and need something without having to run home. The crew is always helpful, they have just about everything, and if they don't have it they will get it for you right away! Lydell is the most chill always ready to listen and help out. Trevor also is ready to help, and most of the time has my packages ready for me before I'm halfway through the door.It's nice to have a hometown pharmacy that knows you by name when you walk in the door!!!

They are constant, responsible and reliable. great at being flexible with having delivery options among top notch customer service compared to my previous experiences with bigger corporate companies. Been a client for about 3 years and don't plan on dealing with the hassle of the bigger companies.

I had the privilege of using this pharmacy during a time when my son was out of a back order medication EVERYWHERE ELSE.. I called and they instantly called and received the rx and filled the med at its highest quantity! I was told they would begin looking for the med for the next fill especially given my sons medical history.. Lydell and Trevor went above and beyond!! Will recommend to anyone looking for a pharmacy that knows your name and doesn't treat you as the next rx number
