Sales and installation processes were smooth and professional. The sales consultant spent a lot of time helping me to select the right flooring and determine how best to lay it out. The installers showed up on time and worked all day to tear out the carpet in three bedrooms and replace it with the laminate flooring I had chosen. The end product looks great!

I had the best council and selection from Mike. He was honest, delivered personal services and followed up on our satisfaction. I have observed many facilities where he tutored and gave council to prospective buyers. He is the man at Coastal flooring. Floors are the best in my development that I have observed. We live above every one else, never ever a complaint about noise. Mike told us exactly what to do. He is ur Man at Coastal flooring! 8/2024

Amazing !!!!! We had our guest bathroom tiled, floor, walls, shower. Everyone here is terrific. From Vito helping us find our tile, he knew exactly what our family was looking for, to Maggie organizing everything on our time crunch. They get it done here. Mike helped us pick our granite, thank you ! Our house was prepped and cleaned up each day by Luiz, he is incredibly talented. We are grateful for a much needed remodeled guest bathroom !! Thank you !!

Appointment was made to come out for a estimate 1030 am got a call at 1050 am saying they were running late. Sorry you knew at 1015 you were gonna be late,wanted to come later on the day.

Cannot say enough what a great experience it has been working with Coastal Flooring. Professional, on time, great communication, great quality - our kitchen looks just as we dreamed!! Jaimie has been our go to person, extremely knowledgeable & friendly- top notch!!Installation of cabinets, granite counters & backsplash was great!Highly recommend!!

Purchased backsplash tile. Was told 5-7 days for it to come in, but was not told that the company didn’t have it in stock until I called and asked. Was quoted a price for the tile, but not told I would pay an additional $150 freight charge on top of that. When the tile finally came in weeks later, we opened the box and checked it. Should have opened all of them because when we went to install only 2 were the correct color. The salesman was not interested in being bothered once he made the sale. Maggie handled all our issues and she was very nice. If you’re just looking for material, stick with Floors and Decor where there’s no shipping up charge. I could have ordered the same tile online and paid the same price without a freight charge.

Coastal Flooring did and excellent job on our counter tops and flooring. The installers were professional and experienced. They have great materials to choose from. We would recommend and use then again.
