I visited this store on November 7, 2023, and I was appalled by the lack of customer service and professionalism. The employee who assisted me was rude, and dismissive. He made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I have never been treated so poorly in any store before. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store and the brand. I will not be returning to this store and I will advise my friends and family to avoid it as well. The management should take action to train their staff on how to treat customers with respect and courtesy. Take your business elsewhereService: Special care fabric cleaning

Terrible. They lost an embroidered shirt now say I didn't bring it in and they starched everything despite the no starch instructions. Don't use this place.

Friendly family owned business. Prices are reasonable compared to surrounding dry cleaners. They don't dry clean clothes here, they send them to a plant so it can take few days to get the clothes back. They are quick and efficient though. Happy with the service.

This place is a joke I brought a very expensive Jersey here and they gave me the run around for 3 weeks and when I picked up my Jersey I saw exactly why they completely destroyed it there was glue and stains all over the patches were coming off and they still charged me and made up some excuses. Never go here

The guy refused to try and help remove a stain from my dress and scolded me for “letting it sit” but if I knew how to immediately treat it then I wouldn’t need their services…dropped my dress off at 1 price cleaners instead and they were more than happy to try and help.

Had a great first time experience with The Clothes Spa! Reasonable prices and they pulled off a last minute rush order for me. Got the stain out of my husband's suit same day :)

Thought I finally found my dry cleaning spot in St Lucie to bad the manners on the gentle man at the front desk today was less than desirable. I selected this cleaners because it's business in PSL. I could easily go elsewhere as the company I am employed by (south of PSL) has a dry cleaning service that comes to pick up and drop off your clothes 2x / week. The gentleman looked at me said he'd be right there took my ticked and stood their looking at me. When I asked him what was next he said "money" abruptly . I suddenly told him that he need not forget that I am a paying customer and that his customer service skills were less than desirable. He told me that I'd only come there 2x. I reiterated to him that it does not matter how many times I come in that I am still a customer. My laundry has never been less than $120.00. He then told me that I needed to prepay if I was going to leave my clothes with them for more than 30 days. It's been 33 . I mentioned to him that I am not in the area during their business hours and if someone had mentioned it to me I would have zero problem doing so. It's to bad because I had additional items to be laundered but that's the end of The Clothes Spa on PSL Blvd for me.
