For a man that works 14 hours daily I was denied a sell of a 4 pack of beer cause I had beer smell from me i had one before I got to store , of course the smell gonna be there , I will never ever go there again, I’ve been a loyal customer for the last 9 years your lost not mine, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Psi used to fuel up every morning there , yea no longer!!

Everyone that works there is great. They not only know me the know my kids. They always talk to me like they've known me a long time, some of them have. Most of them get you in and out quickly and with a smile.

Was told i’m not allowed in at night by a mexican graveyard worker. i’ve been coming here for 12 years. claimed i opened a beer on the counter and didn’t even allow me in the store to get my gas or products. I come here everyday because of how close it is to my house but now i deal with false accusations from workers who don’t even see me. fix this issue as im taking it to management. dont know his name but i recommend racetrack, its a minute away and better service

I am trying to sign up for the fuel debit card and I'm confused why it is asking me for the store clerk's first and last name?? Makes no since why it is asking that??? Also I put $10.00 gas in and Circle K attempted to put a $101.00 debit hold on my card??? VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Travis, Assistant Manager, needs to be cloned for other retail businesses, so everyone can experience what it means to get fast, friendly service! WOW! TRULY AMAZING (or even GOOD) customer service is getting harder to find now-a-days. You will want to keep going back because this is the kind of service that creates loyal customers.**My Customer Service Experience Below**Anecdote:I had some questions, but I was calling from another state. I hadn't had any luck after calling many different businesses, but Travis was the man who, even while extremely busy, took the time to answer the phone (politely with a smile, I could hear it) listened patiently, and then answered the questions he was able to while also providing me with additional information he felt could further help me with the inquiries I had.I could tell in the background it was very busy, but he didn't rush me or make me feel bad for calling---he made me feel as important as any other guest who walked through the door. Travis was polite and asked me nicely if I would mind holding so he could help his other guests.I could HEAR how busy he was and he was super fast, efficient (from what I could tell/hear) and even quickly joking with guests and making them feel awesome and appreciated! He was very helpful to others (even made it easier for some to get in and out faster during this rush by giving suggestions of quicker ways to check out).I am listening to this in the background. I could tell from just the tone of his voice and what he was doing/multi-tasking that he is a genuine, kind person who CARES about his career, other people and how to treat them.Customer Service Rockstar!THANK YOU, TRAVIS!!You really made a difference in my life today.

The new manager and employee, the girl with brown hair and glasses are the most rudest people behind the counter. I've been going there 20 years without any issues. The new manager needs to learn some respect for his patrons instead of acting like a bouncer.....

Heather was definitely an angel in disguise today. Thankful for her! Just in the way she spoke to me today shifted my entire day. I only went in for a bottle of water but in less than 5 minutes she managed to brighten my dear.
