just went into Chicos in Port St. Lucie West Florida while the cashier was just randomly talking to another customer I was not greeted or said anything to as I looked around the store two other ladies came in and they were immediately greeted hello how are you? Oh how are you? I don’t really like to stereotype obit the two women that came in were white and I am black. very disappointing service at Chicos in St. Lucie West pretty sure never off shop there again.

Went to the store 1/1 and received very cold service when I exchanged an item. Returned 1/13 and not even acknowledged while I was waiting in line. So I walked out. This is a stark difference from my very first visit.
