Please go to any other bank than Chase, specifically this branch. They are absolutely clueless and no matter what you need done you have to go into a queue and wait.

Adriana, the bank teller, at the Saint Lucie West location, makes all of you look bad. From the very beginning of our interaction she had an attitude like she didn't want to be there, looking at her phone the whole time with the most miserable face.
Being ugly with an ugly attitude is a bad combination
I bank with both Wells Fargo and Chase and have been wanting to stick with just one.
Ms. Adriana just confirmed my decision

I have banked with Chase for a couple of years and always thought highly of them.Until yesterday when the teller lied straight to my face about a deposit date.
After I get this bank deposit settled I doubt very much I'll bank with Chase anymore.

The ATMs at this branch areALWAYS OUT!!!
Very frustrating because at least twice a week you have no access to your money, so you have to drive to another branch…. Total waste of time… this has been going on for MONTHS… with all the money Chase makes you would think they would have replaced the ATM by now…
If you are looking for a bank, try another institution… Chase is not what it used to be… after over 20 yeas of being a customer… I'm extremely disappointed.

Matt was friendly and thorough in helping me and my daughter set up new accounts and explaining all our options. All other staff in the branch we spoke with were also friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to bank at this branch in the future.

They don't follow the policy of the company. They sd that if you don't have a checking account with them you are not considered a customer, no matter what you pay a credit card every month. I call corporate and they don't agree with that.

I have been with Chase Bank for years with accounts and credit cards. This particular branch is the worst I have experienced during all these years. Management should be changed to improve services !

Update from last review. Had a very positive experience when I revisited Chase bank last week. Nick that greeted me at the door was very courteous and welcoming. I met with Liusa, she was very pleasant, thorough, and friendly. This banking experience was way better than the experience I had the week before. I can see that they are working very hard to make their customers feel more valued and appreciated.Thanks Chase for listening to your customers. I was planning to close my accounts after the previous experience I had, but after my last visit my faith has been restored.

Antoinette is the best rep here at chase 5star for her only.The Latin lady all the way at the right cubicle doesnt know what shes doing. Making wait for a card for 2 weeks when she never oredered it
