If I could rate it zero stars I would. We have been customers here several times now, and each time are met with THE WORST customer service. The man inside/cashier is always SO rude, miserable, and not helpful. As we loaded over 100 lbs of rock into our truck, we watched 3 employees sit on their butt with no assistance. I will be giving Midway scape supply my business next time!!

My husband wanted to fill alot of space with sod. We were told we needed 2 pallets, which they had that morning. But asked if we wanted to wait for the fresh delivery same day. It came green and fresh. Plus, price way cheaper than Lowe's. We will be back for more things.

The Hispanic man at the front who took my card, was very very rude when I asked him a question. Very disappointed in how they conducted business. And I bring allot of business there. But I refuse to use this place after that. The guy needs a attitude adjustment! Or to be replaced

The staff in the PSL office were very nice and helpful. However the driver/delivery, Did not follow the Directions Written on the order that says to put rocks in 2 locations on the Circular driveway, even after confirming that was the correct directions. He dumped a whole pile in one spot. I notified the office but it didn't seem they cared, like the driver does it all the time.

Manager and cashier were terribly RUDE! They do have a great selection but will be going to Palm City Sod even though it is farther away.

I've called several times to get information about items' availability, recommendations and advice; have always been met with a kind and friendly person on the other end of the line that's quite knowledgeable. When at the location you're free to roam and browse their inventory, when you're inside being helped you get the same service as you did on the phone. I purchased items that were delivered to my home, there was an issue and it was quickly rectified. The way in which it was handled was by far one of the best ways I've ever experienced and for that alone I'd recommend this store and location to everyone.

This is the fourth time I have gone the Bushel Stop in the past two years. Each time, the staff ( especially Rick) were very patient with me, answering all my questions, as we walked the yard. Just yesterday, as busy as they were, Rick made me feel like an important customer, taking care of others, but coming back to me quickly. He even loaded my car. The plants I bought at the Bushel Stop last year, have been healthy and flourishing. I especially like the sun rose plants and the Asian white jasmine - they are always blooming.The rocks I purchased compliment my exterior house color effectively. I highly recommend The Bushel Stop in Port St Lucie for your landscaping needs. The service is great, the prices are very fair and the availability and selection of landscape needs are worth the trip.

When somebody calls you for material just for being a good person in general but to show that your business is willing to help out other businesses there and for maybe you would get referred more often learn more about your business if you don't have something in customer asks you where you can get it I don't know it's not a good answer for a business

They have several selections of landscape rocks, pavers, stones, and more. The staff was not so helpful, when we arrived we were not sure of anything being our first time. We were looking for landscape pebbles and we were looking through all the pallets, the guys loading walked passed us several times. Eventually, I asked one of them for a price and said to go to the building. We went in to ask prices and the cashier was not friendly at all (based on this and check out) but said there are displays in the front of the shop. This was helpful, so if you go for this purpose just go to the little building and look in the front. We did end up buying two types and they are of good quality, consistent size, and amount per bag.

The staff was not helpbful. The guy and girl just sat inside the building and never came out to ask if anyone needed help. When I asked questions the girl did not know anything. The guy looked up the info. in a note book they had. The girl could of looked up the info. but instead she told me I had to ask the guy. He was talking on the phone so I had to wait for him to finish his conversation. He was not happy to assist me either. The young girl was bothered and rooled her eyes when I told her it was my first time there and when I asked her questions. I won't be going back there. Customer service was bad and workers were rude. It looked like they both hated their jobs and don't care anout their customers.
