well lit and well organized store . . many good finds. I tend to always find something there especially semi formal fits for Christian meetings ! but wish they had more dress shirts and dress pants even suits for boy toddlers ! !

Sign posted closed at 10 pm on Sunday. Arrived at 9:12 door closed employee rudely gestured they are closed. Pointed to sign and he wouldn’t even come to the door and explain. Very disappointing. It would cost less to change the sign then to disappoint customers

This store is very good as well as the one in Port Charlotte. The one in Orlando was one step above a Goodwill and had nothing for me to purchase. Their mens denim jean selection is great, but opening the dressing rooms during the week should be mandatory.

Buyer beware. Some items are good deals but try clothing on first. I picked up some shirts but 2 of them were much smaller than what they said. Probably M instead of the 2X on the manufacturer's tags.

They have good prices but they're dressing room has been closed down for months. You have no way of trying on the clothes and management gets really upset if you even ask. I had to try on a dress in the middle of an aisle. I'd rather spend the extra couple bucks and go to TJ Maxx

I just wasted an hour in here shopping only to be told that the fitting rooms are only open on the weekends. Store is fine, lots of options , but don't go during the week if you plan on trying on anything.

Neat, clean, lit environment ? Don't shop at the SLW Burlington it has no management and is constantly messy, but this one is very clean an easy to navigate. Lines are short and quick due to sufficient staff unlike the other Burlington in SLW.

Went to this store this past Saturday. The store hours say they close as 10pm. I got there at 9:30 and the supervisor refused to let me in. She stated that there were too many shoppers in the store and they wanted to be able to clock out at 10 when they closed. I stated to her I would only be grabbing one thing and she still refused. She let me know she was able to make decisions like that. I’m new to this area but never have I been to a Burlington or any store in fact that did not respect their store hours. Did not expect that since being in PSL everyone has been nice and welcoming before this. I even asked her for her name since she didn’t have a name tag on and she proceeded to close the doors in my face. Poor customer service!
