The dudes in there take advantage of older folk. They refuse to do minimal tech work or even try and troubleshoot issues. My mom is an avid Boost mobile customer, and I have been in the wireless industry since 2017.. to have learned about the disrespect they dished out to my 67 year old mother, with cancer, post-chemo is absolutely disgusting. I don’t even write reviews like this, but whoever the GM in the district is needs to get a hold of their employees.The dude said, verbatim, “We have like ten phones in the back, I’m not gonna bring them all out for you.”My mom was trying to get a new phone, upgrade, or take advantage of a promo offer she had received, They didn’t offer any accessories. She pulled out an active deal they’re promoting for people on EBT and SS benefits, and wouldn’t even acknowledge it.Beside myself right now. Some old folks are on fixed income. My mom had $75 to her name and these guys charged her $35 for activation fees, after giving her the most bare minimum, lackluster and rude service.
