Bought my 81 year old dad a flip phone from your website in March of 2023. It stopped working so I bought a new one at target for 20.00 since you no longer sell flip phones. You charged my senior father 51 dollars to activate it!!! Unbelievable that you would take advantage like that. He’s been with you for a long time.

I went to this boost to get my device changed I was informed I would of had to pay $45 for activation and first months bill when I already have a family plan I said that can’t be right so I called Customer service and they assisted me for free these people are scam artist don’t go here call boost

I am so very pleased with the customer service I received today. 2 very amazing associates helped me with my phones today. Not only did they fix my service so my phones now work, but they added my contacts to my new phone. First time to this location and I was highly satisfied. I recommend this location over any other!
