STORE MANAGER/OWNER, IS A RACIST, and will rob you blind!! He charged me $15.00 for what he called a "labor" fee, for making a 2 minute phone call to customer service, after I had already told him that I could do that myself and save the $15.00. Also charges $25.00 for sim cards, wheras everybody else, including all of the other boost mobile stores charges $10.00. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD, and I myself work in customer service. But unlike this guy, my employer is proffesional, because we make it our goal to make sure that every single customer is satisfied, regardless of their race!!! This guy is a scam artist and doesn't know the first thing about running a business. After my "experience" in that store, I decided to call boost mobile customer service, just to find out if there is such a thing as a "labor" charge, and if sim cards really do cost $25.00, at this store, because I've bought several sim cards in the past and at the most, I paid $15.00 for it, and out of all of the cell phone stores that ive been to, and all of the times that T-Mobile, ATT, Verizon, and the other reputable networks that i have had service through, have literally been on the phone for 30 mins, sometimes an hr, just to assist me in activating, or troubleshooting my phone, and not once have I ever been charged a "labor" fee. I guess that fee only comes into play if your not spanish... I will never go back to that store for any reason!! I would change networks before i have to go back there!! This is literally the first time that I have ever left negative feedback about any place of business that I have been to, so for me to even take the time out of my day to write this short story about my experience, it must have been PRETTY BAD!!
