Way too expensive for a simple maintenance service and pushing to tip for a 20 minute oil change at the checkout is ridiculous . Was here because i was new to the area but after some investigation found a place for the same maintenance and better oil brand for $40 less than what they charged me and never pushed ore required a tip! Not saying they are bad but felt scammed for what a paid here for a simple service.

I knew I was well overdue for oil-change. Pulled in and was greeted immediately. Jesse, Zach, & Bobby got me in and out within 30m, tops. They had some recommendations, which I went with and some others I will do in the future. Professional, polite & expedient service. This location deserves some business & does not reflect some of the reviews I saw prior to going.

Went in to get an oil change, charged me upwards of 100$ insanely over priced. Then on my way home I heard rattling in my car. I check the engine bay and the cap to my oil was off and at the bottom on the engine bay, oil was spilt everywhere. They also said the oil pan plug needed to be replaced, waiting to see if that even holds up. They also broke the clip that holds my hood prop, and I watched it happen because the guy just slammed the prop down when closing the hood. Also not to mention I found one of their dirt rags on the BATTERY. Absolutely ridiculous, I don’t care how fast you are, if you’re sloppy and can’t do the job properly don’t do it at all. Just because you have general knowledge of cars doesn’t make you a mechanic, this experience further demonstrates that.

I have been using Oil exchange FL for several years now and I have been VERY impressed with their excellent service. They are FAST and great! I listen and follow their advice to the T. My car runs great! They also give my car a quick complimentary check up before I take a trip. (I do give them a cash tip for this but they say it is NOT necessary)

Service was excellent. Jesse and Joe were very good at explaining the issues with our vehicle. We appreciated the time they took and the quick service. Very friendly. I highly recommend Oil Exchange US 1 in Port St. Lucie Fl.
