I’m a professional licensed barber and I’m telling all licensed professionals it’s better just to buy the supplies online. It’s cheaper. They say they open at 10. But I was there at 10 and waited ten minutes for someone to open. No sign of opening anytime soon. As a place of business it’s important that they are punctual. Might I add that I would go here for years but for some reason That was the last straw for me. I’m just going to shop online for my supplies from now on. Much cheaper too.

I stopped here yesterday after driving by a ton of times before. I was not expecting this store to be as big as it was! I was very pleased to find everything I needed. I got some hair pins, large hair clips, a donut bun, some large hoop earrings, and a black hair bonnet. The ladies at the counter were welcoming and helped me find everything I needed!They didn't seem to be overpriced, which is great also! I will definitely be back for all my hair care needs since it's in such a convenient location!

First time going in and wouldn’t go back in there, walked into an empty story with 3 employees standing around. Not one of them said hello or good morning, No one asked if I needed help with anything and the item I wanted was $1 more than my regular store (they were out of my item) I have a 3 because they do have a good inventory. Back to my regular beauty supply store

I'm giving it 3 stars because although the owners of the store was nice the black woman followed people and constantly watched the camera as if someone was stealing . I spoke to her she just rolled her eyes. Didn't help anyone. So sad

don't show up at 10am expecting the store to be open.. owners stroll in when they want to. sometimes even 30 minutes late. but they do sell hair.

Bargain Buys Beauty Supply is a great store for all of your hair and beauty products it is family owned and the staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly and if you have any questions they will not hesitate to answer them for you,great store.

I’m making this review simply because the accusations made by other customers are sometimes uncalled for, even throwing insults and slurs at the owner’s way. We all need to understand that this is is a more than excellent establishment that has been providing for the community for longer than some of us have been born, and better yet, that it’s progressive compared to others. Catering to women, the LGBTQ+ community, and being run for and made for women of color. If you have a problem with the owner’s attitude and decide you should take away the quality of her business simply because you didn’t like her, then you oughtta rethink your life.

The woman up front has a disgusting attitude. Seeing they don’t have a large variety of anything you’d think they try to make up for it in hospitality. No! Looking for what I needed , that they didn’t have … she asked what I was looking for . I’m sure now it was only because a black woman looking for too long made her uncomfortable . There were no other customers in the store yet her face still read : tired , irritated, and upset. After the eye rolls , sighs and poor body language, I left WITHOUT PURCHASING! I WILL NOT BE BACK. Your store is empty Sis!

I'll be frank, I grew up around this particular business for a large part of my life and know the owner personally. For those with accusations of the owner's attitude, I implore you to do further research on what happened at the other chains to see why this behavior even happens (multiple instances of petty larceny, robbery, etc. at their Fort Pierce locations). Customer service is generally good, and while I do admit that some policies such as the lack of trying on weaves and wigs seems to be in poor taste, it's always been in the interest of maintaining a standard of health. I really implore anyone in PSL to give this place a try- as a mixed woman myself, their products cater to my hair and skin wonderfully, and are reasonably priced.

Best beauty supply store around. The store is well organized with a variety of products and the lowest prices. It’s not hard to find what you’re looking for. The fort pierce locations are amazing as well. The owners take good care of you. ❤️
