Tony was extremely helpful and professional. Provided clear information and guidance to assist me with my auto repairs. Customer service seems to be a lost art nowadays, but Tony has restored my hope and faith with his attention to detail. Thank you Autozone.

A huge thank you going out to the service associate that helped me by changing my battery. The dealership quoted me four times the price and told me the battery couldn’t be changed without removing part of the engine in my Mercedes. Orlando changed the battery in the parking lot for free in 100 degrees. He was reassuring and went above and beyond with his customer service skills to work in a timely manner to get me back on the road while I was on call.

Supposedly opened at 8 but then didn’t open until about 8:15. Finally got in and everyone seemed upset and no one asked if anyone needed help they just stood there not that they have to say anything it’s just courtesy. won’t be going back unless I really need to.

Tony was the prime example of phenomenal customer service he was informative and honest about what I needed. He was beyond helpful in getting me what I needed to get my car back on the road. I will drive out of my way to come to this Auto Zone every time. 10/10 great business even better people.

Wow literally mind boggling. Older Caucasian Gentleman knows his stuff! 2 Puerto Rican guy and girl in 40's/50 just clueless with all the questions asked. I asked to check for codes???? They asked do you know how to do this thing?? Omfg really? I said just give me it,I'll take care of it, then asked for a print out ????? INCOMPETENT AT ITS FINEST.

A car parts house!!! Yes But not only that, it is much more than that... They are your best advisors and help in the best way so that you do not spend more. They also help you place or change something that is within their reach... for example my They changed my battery free of charge.
