Patricia did a great job straightening my 4C hair. The only negative thing I have to say is that you guys shouldn't assume that people don't speak Spanish. I was really uncomfortable listening to negative comments being made by others in Spanish about my hair texture being bad. If I were a hairstylist I would nip any of these conversations in the bud right away. I won't be going back for that reason and that reason only.

A day before Thanksgiving and only one person to do hair in the shop! I waited 4 hours to get my hair done! I just wanted to say thank you so much! You are so amazing! I’m sorry I don’t remember you name! You made my day and did an amazing job!!

Keisha Clarke I feel your pain ALL those Diminican hair salons mix some type of chemical with there shampoo or conditioner. My hair was the same way I kid you not? I had to chop it all off and start over again.

Great experience. My stylist, Idily took quality time with my hair. I wasn't there all day. 10am appointment, I was in the shampoo chair at 9:30am. I did arrive early. Top notch customer service. They offer you coffee and water. My natural hair was beautiful when I left. I received a silk press. Thank you, Idily.

I went here in June for my first time ever blow out. I’ve had virgin (natural) hair for over a decade. Mind you I FO NOT have course hair. Needless to say, my hair was either fried or chemicals were used without my permission!!! It’s been over 6 months and I have tried everything to get my curls back. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and I’ve been wearing protective styles. I’ve conditioned beyond belief and even done protein treatments. I am devastated! I have well over 12 inches of hair that I now have to cut off because my ends are straight and breaking off while my roots are curly. I will be contacting a lawyer to see if there’s something I can do. Nobody gave you the right to put chemicals in my hair. If I wanted a relaxer I would’ve asked for that! If you cherish your hair the way I do, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!Service: Hairstyling
